I can't begin to describe how much I've changed in the five months I've been using SEABHS services. It is my hope that this wellness center will remain open for many years to come.

My sister booked an appointment 7 weeks out and was turned away when she got there because they had failed to get her medical records. There was an inexcusable lack of communication which is basic procedure for all medical facilities. After being without the necessary medications for that long and having no other options she was admitted to the ER. The ER physicians and staff were excellent and able to give her the medications she needs and set her up another appointment at this facility for a week after her stay. She went to that appointment today where she was to meet with her case worker and her doctor and was dismissed. Again. They cancelled her appointment without a courtesy phone call or the option to reschedule. This is not how you treat anyone, especially people with mental health disorders.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences when DEALING with this place. That's what it is, by the way; DEALING. You have to deal with their inability to run a functional office. You have to deal with their lack of responsibility regarding customer communications.

The only person who was ever helpful to me for that place was someone I never even saw face to face. She's great and dragged down by the dead weight of this place.

Absolutely horrible. Never received the help I needed and am currently just doing it all on my own. They couldnt even properly diagnose me cause the therapist spent more time talking about herself and her problems and would cut the sessions short so she could come home early.... They cant and dont help, youre just another paycheck.

Another place where they PROBABLY HAVE "CERTIFICATES". I had intake today 2 hours. I was a lil late. They took their sweet time to even ask me for my Id, insurance ect. Then sd oh, your late you have to reschedule? So I'm a few min late for a 2 hour intake. Do you realize most ppl "THE 1ST STEP IS THE HARDEST" TO BE TURNED AWAY "RESCHEDULE" , THUS SOMEONE HAD 2 HOURS "FREE" (PROBABLY WHOLE IDEA) GOD FORBID EITHER ATTEMPT TO GET IT DONE IN THE REMAINING HOUR 45 MIN, OR COME BACK AND FINISH? NOPE. These ppl seem to be the same as Acts. Acts had "counslers" they make appt's never keep them. To which does more harm than good. Today being told "reschedule" I saw the exact same "games" Acts played. So you finally take that "all important" 1st step and they dont care, or realize HOW DETREMENTAL WHAT THEY DID ON THE INITIAL VISIT. I'LL NOT GO BACK. HOPE TO FIND A LISENSED PHYSC IN TUCSON, AS THERE ARE NONE HERE. They showed up at my friends house. He's real depressed, possibly suacidel, he didnt want to talk. They didnt even tell him they at least "need to see your face before we leave" to ensure your alive. If he would have comitted suacide and they left w/o checking on him "legitly" they would have been culpable. Then the lady sd i'm not coming back... it's going to be another "waste" of my time. This is what the mother told me.

However, I saw 1st hand 1:45 hrs "free" instead of attempt to either: get it done; or come back and finish. You dont turn ppl away when they've finally taken that MAJOR 1ST STEP. A "CERTIFICATE" AS A CASE WORKER SHOULD BE OUTLAWED, AS TODAY BOTH STORIES ARE EXAMPLES OF HOW REALLY MENTALLY ILL PPL COMMIT SUACIDE. WILD HORSES COULD NOT BRING ME BACK. AND SO CALLOUS AT THE WINDOW WHEN THEY FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGED ME? If you had problems w/Acts, you'll see and have the exact same problems. I could see it from today. No thank you. A certificat to be a "mental health counselor", is a DANGER TO SOCIETY, tobTHE PPL NEEDING HELP.....SAVE YOURSELF THE ADDED STRESS. THEY DON'T CARE. SADLY. AND ARE NOT VERY PERSONABLE, NOR FRIENDLY. I FELT THEM LOOKING DOWN THEIR NOSE AT ME. WHATEVER.......GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. I GUARENTEE YOU'LL BE WORSE THAN BEFORE.

This place was terrible. They take on patients when they have no time for you. Made me run around in circles trying to get help. I ended up going elsewhere because they have WAY to many patients and not enough people to help. Maybe if they stopped taking patients they could get a handle on it. But that doesn t seem like it s gonna happen.

Don't bother calling to set up care here if you need help urgently. Everytime I have tried to become a new patient they tell me they will call in a week and never do. I had this same experience in 2005 and 2019. Places like this should close because they do more harm by ignoring people in crisis.

Couldn't even finish intake, wanted me to reschedule. Felt more anxiety trying to get my self set up here. Would not recommend.

I went here when I was little. I told them I was being physically abused by my parent. They did nothing. My parent is a narcissist who "prepped" them and lied about me, so this agency would take my cries for help as lies just to get my parent in trouble. If they had only read into the situations' psycological implications and given a closer look, as this is typical behavior of a narcissistic abuser. I suffered 8 more years of physical violence and emotional abuse after receiving their "care," or lack thereof. I hope your doctors today are more familiar with personality disorders and abuse.

Please do not go to this place if you have any other option. Staff turnover is a nightmare. When they do get someone good working there, they leave almost immediately.
