I call up to ask the details of XC60 and the lady whom i spoke to first and Mr Vageesh who spoke to me next have zero customer orientation and it was horrible experience even talking to them. The way they treat customers is,they are the only ones selling car and also for free of cost as a favor. Even he had the audacity to tell me to go an complain to anyone and they don't care for customers. Thanks for letting me know your attitude towards customers. These people know how to kill a great product.

I bought Volvo V90 cross country recently. Awesome car ever driven. Martial motors shown room located near RACE COURSE road. I have visited here 4 to 5 times. I observed one thing, their hospitality is the best among such showrooms. Staff is so kind to help you with all the details about the cars. As Volvo cars has advanced technology compare to any other car in India. Volvo cars are having cut above technology, like radar based braking, radar based adaptive cruise control, ( it literally follow the front car). Pilot assist on highways with lane assist. Automatic braking by city safety system. Car itself apply brakes when a cyclist , pedestrian or animal detects Infront of U. It avoids collision completely UpTo 50km/h speed. It's a cool system. Car has blind spot warning system too. All these features are common in all the models. Massaging seats and ventilated seats ( seats has pores, through those pores AC Will come. Which is most interesting feature to India. While knowing these features, martial show room staff will face lot of questions from the buyers. They will help is with all details with patience. Last but not the least.. Volvo is the best safety car on the Earth. Because it's body built and technology make you safer in the car. Volvo company guys continuously doing research on Volvo car accidents to improve better safety. car company has to spend atleast 6 to 7 lakhs to equip radar based technology in each car. Rather they can save money. But they don't compromise with safety. Though it's equipped with radars, cost is competitive. Finally Volvo service is very good. I have been using one since 2013. XC60. Service is fantastic & reliable. I had a very bad experience with AUDI guys. Finally to buy a Volvo car, you need not only money... You need great taste and great knowledge about safety, value of life as on Indian roads, school drop outs & many uneducated rogues are driving vehicles with no license and no traffic sense, they prone to make accidents. So I always advice a safety car for India is a must.
