Compared to other amusement parks, aside from your personal beliefs, Sea World is very clean. The restrooms, the walkways, the restaurants/eateries, and the water park are all very clean. The restrooms in the water park offer body wash and lots of privacy for changing/showering BEFORE and after pool use. Yes lines can be long but that's regular amusement park issues. Overall nice experience, again this is all aside from your personal beliefs.

Went to do the penguin encounter with our kids. They we're very excited to see and pet a rock Hopper penguin. The tour guide was extremely knowledge and very good at her job. We would highly recommend this encounter if you like penguins. The extra cost is well worth it and I think we might make this an annual event.

SeaWorld was a great experience. They had lots of animals and shows to attend. The dolphin area was by far one of our favorite parts. If you get too hot, which is quite possible, the aquarium is a great place to cool off. The food was maybe 2/5 stars in Rosita s Cafe. It s hard to expect too much in a place that has to cater to so many people. If you re looking for an awesome roller coaster, Great White is the one for you! An opportunity for improvement for SeaWorld would be some more shaded areas with misters to help cool people down in the summer because it s quite hot in the summer. Overall, the experience was a 4/5 and one that we won t soon forget!

My 2 year old loved the splash pads and playground areas + the little parade. Other than those, we were expecting a lot more and were let down. I also was giving SeaWorld a chance to prove the animals are really taken care of, but it really didn't seem like that was the case. We wont be back.

The park itself is fun and entertaining with a lot to do for family and kids. The reason for the two star is the young kid at the ticket counter questioned my military service and asked for additional forms of identification as he was unfamiliar with the type of card I had being a veteran. When asked about his military service he stated he had never been in the military but had the nerve to question mine. Also he refused to take my daughter's preschool pass and still charged me $72 for a 4 year old admission

I kind of felt bad for going after watching the documentary.. but overall a great time for family fun and memories. The buffet was an awesome price! 8.99 for pizza, pasta, dessert, and salad. The shows were phenomenal and the splash zones didn t disappoint. The sea lion show is a must! The only down side is that you have to pay for Aquatica separately..

Plan in advance. I recommend visiting when the weather is not too hot. Otherwise..bring a swimsuit and change of clothes. Trust me...you'll be glad you did. They have a free splash pad...or you can pay more and go to aquatica. Lots of walking or take it easy and rent a scooter. Pricey but worth it. I paid much less with the discount i get with my annual pass. Great family fun. Amazing animals rides and games. Love it..

Family favorite place to visit just a few hours from houston. We have yearly passes and come here 2 weekends a month. Been coming here past 4 years. Spend most of outer time at Aquatica. Worth the trip and price.

I had a wonderful time at sea world with my family. Get there early if you want to do the rides. Get a map, it tells you the shows times and your location. If you won't be there for long, don't get the all day meal because we got it and even though we were there from 10am to 10pm, we only ate twice because we had snacks. They have alligators, ducks. Make sure you take some sunscreen, a small fan for your baby in the car seat. Bring your own car seat and you can also rent one over there. It is indeed a beautiful place to be with family, relax and just enjoy yourself. Will definitely go again!!

Seaworld San Antonio is a great place to visit. It was similar to SeaWorld San Diego. I especially enjoyed the Beluga show and Pets Ahoy Show. They were really entertaining and well done. My daughter wanted to stay so long in the dolphin lagoon area. It was so peaceful there. The trainers talked to us for as long as we wanted.

Visited for Halloween festivities. The shows are great and the haunted houses were so much fun! Food was theme park food, wish there was a sit down restaurant to take advantage of the aquarium views. Overall well worth the money!

Nice place to spend the day wasn't real busy course we were there on a Monday not near as nice as Florida's SeaWorld if that's what you're comparing it to but was enjoyable and nice staff a little pricey for what it had to offer. Family had fun seeing the different shows that are included with your gate admission. Would be a good idea to look for groupon for pricing or even purchase tickets 3 days before you go on your visit. SeaWorld site gives a nice discount on tickets. Also, food and drinks are expensive so its a great idea to purchase ticket with all day dining option. Believe me, it's worth it when taking kids.

What a waste of money, The preferred parking is a joke, the staff is terrible & not helpful at all. There is no organization to this place. The only people who could explain the dine all day package was the concierge desk, They did not however explain that you can dine all day but only at certain places & the drink all day is additional. By the way the places that accept the dine all day has a 30 minute line just to get a $3.00 meal. This is where the best staff Sea World has to offer should be & I certainly hope that is not who helped us. The Quick Que was cool when it worked but there where two rides that where unavailable due to "lack of staff". Lack of staff on a Friday in July, the place was packed, get some staff. The shows where good, the preferred seating was nice - once again when available (not included at all shows). Overall the kids had a pretty good time but they did not fork out $700.00 for a day of mediocre entertainment. Will not be back. Should have went to Six Flags instead & watched the whales on discovery channel. At least I can take San Antonio off the list. Sea World go to New Bridges Caverns & try to get some of there staff, those people where awesome. While it was expensive I was not second guessing my purchase after thirty minutes.

Overall, this place is a must to go to with family and kids. The shows are amazing. The ones that you must not miss are Pets Ahoy, Shamu's night, Sea Lion Tonite and Oceans Discovery - Aquatica is a fun water park but not as extensive as Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, but since Texas weather is so hot, it is a blessing to have it right in the park. The food choices are ok since they do not have any brand franchise within the park like Subway or other fast food, however, you do get most of standard fast food.

My toddlers really had a blast here. They were able to ride a few rides (height restrictions) but thoroughly enjoyed the awesome sesame Street splash park and shows. It's definitely worth buying the meal pass.

Aquatica was fun during the summer. Worth for 40 bucks. If you stay close to the park, I would suggest to get a yearly pass which is just the twice of single entry but you can use multiple times.

Decided to spend Thanksgiving this year at Sea World. It was the best choice we could have made, we loved the holiday shows and enjoyed all the lights. The sea lion show is just the funniest show at Sea World. My family also enjoyed all the different things you had going on from Santa Claus to Rudolph and friends. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to do something different or start a new family tradition during the holidays.

It only had 2 real roller coasters the day I went ...

It only had 2 real roller coasters the day I went (2 days ago). We wanted to ride this one roller coaster that was having technical difficulties during the day but later around 7:30 we saw it working again so we headed over and by the time we got there they already closed it for a fireworks shoe. Hands down the most disappointing experience. I did however ride the steel eel and the great white. The great white was a blast. It wasn't really scary and it gets you real dizzy. I like that but my brother on the other hand likes to be scared instead of dizzy so he wasn't really a fan of the great white but he did enjoy the steel eel. I on the other hand was scared out of my mind but still rode it 4-5 times. The park also has a boat "roller coaster". I don't count this as a roller coaster because it's not a traditional rollercoaster but rather a kids ride that adults will also enjoy. Its called the Atlantis and consists of a boat type of seat with 4 people per row with 4 rows (seats 16 total). I rode this ride with my family and everyone enjoyed it so much we rode it 3 times! The down side tho is that the wait was an hour and 20ish minutes. Once we were on tho we asked the people if we could fill in the blank seats (which almost everytime there are like 5 vacant seats) so we didn't have to keep getting in line. The sesame street part of the park was a blast! Me and the kids went to it on to this boat and then played with a bunch of water that was spraying out of pipes or dropping from buckets that flipped every couple seconds! Then the parade came through and it was also a blast! The food was a negative. Well not for me actually (I got all day food passes for almost free!!!) but to anyone that's paying full price. So everything is super expensive. The price of water was like $3!!! The food was good but totally not worth the money. Oh and parking is pretty expensive too. I spoke to some girl and she let me park for free but just be prepared to either pay or be really friendly. The show with the dolphin and buluga was cool. They also brought out macaws and let the fly. The whole thing was very well done with good musical timing and everything. Overall it was an 8 out of 10 but if I paid more than $200 it woulda brought it to a 7 out of 10 because its not something I'm really interested in. Sixflags is better.

I have been emailing someone since the day I found out I paid for parking and shouldn't have because I have a gold pass (the next day). Not only has it been a week since she (Deborah) replied to me, I'm outraged to find there is no accommodation not even a gift card for a first-time visitor ever at a sea world and (non-local of San Antonio) for these types of situations. This is very disheartening that such a thing exists in addition to that my steps are clearly tracked with my gold pass and there is footage of my vehicle and tender who handled the transaction. Instead of working with an unhappy customer, they claim there's nothing-never checking footage or looking into my scans properly. Would love a reply from the next on chain of command but at this point not worth my money if they can't handle something that small-

Update in receipt of reply: I appreciate the response but our families tickets were discarded after the lack of care -talking with another family today said they were given half the price park type gift card when this happened to them and they used cash too. ??

Haven t been to the park yet so I can not say about that part but omg on the customer service part is just so bad. This company does not care about their customer, hopefully they care about their animals. I m sorry I had issues and had to deal with them and hopefully not many people will have to go through this.

I have been waiting for over 4 months for my refund, whenever I speak to someone in customer service they tell me to please wait 4 weeks and then my refund will process and it never has. I understand due to Covid-19 there would be a delay but this is ridiculous and I feel I have been very patient. My initial claim for a refund was March 31st and it is now August 21st!!!!!!

I really enjoyed Seaworld SA. the shows are waterdown right now because of COVID-19 but even then they are still enjoyable. there was actually a lot of people and most were mindful of keeping social distancing, Staff was friendly and also did a good job of encouraging social distancing. Early in the day there were very short or no line to get on roller coasters. Purchased the all day meal deal and I have to say that I find it a great deal of being able to get a meal every 90 minutes...we didnt eat every 90 minutes but did enjoy most of our food...the Asian food at the first restaurant when you walk in was really bad...had higher expectations but everything else we had was good to very good.

I am blown away by the customer service of SeaWorld San Antonio! I bought tickets during the off season (Mid-May 2019) not knowing the park was only open on weekends. We were only available to visit on a weekday, so we missed out. I was very upset that the open hours/days were unclear. My 5 year old was devastated! After reaching out to customer service they refunded the FULL amount of our tickets and sent my boy the best surprise gift. We are overwhelmed by how thoughtful customer service was. We will definitely be traveling to SeaWorld on our next opportunity. Thank you for being awesome!
