Today is 10/01/21. I received my SD1 bill today. Guess when the due date is. That's right, today 10/01/21 and there is a notification on the bill of a 10 percent charge if paid late.

SD1 bill is more than twice the water bill. Rates keep rising
Monopoly in Northern Kentucky. Customers have no saying on anything.

Sd1 destroyed the woods behind my house with no regards to the people around. They left trees and debris on my property.

What a waste. I had a e-check returned and a block was put on my account back in May 2020. I called them up and was told it was removed. Here we are almost a year later and still not able to use eheck. On their website it says call the office to have it removed. Tammy informed me the information is wrong and the block stays on there for a year. What a crock. Get your act together SD1. Rates keep going up but no one can update their information.

This company has some of the worst individuals employed, they lie, even when seen on Camera doing or Not doing what they are getting paid to do. And customer service reps that answer phones etc. have 0 ability to treat customers as if they pay their salaries, or just decent in general. #justbebetterhumans

We live at Crestview Lakes Villa, a mobile home park in Burlington. SD1 has been overcharging residents based on their water usage. $40 & $50 SD1 bills for a $19 water bill. SD1 issued refunds ranging from $150-$350 to (4) families but not until they were called on it. This has been going on for years & alotta people don't know they're paying too much. I'm educating people in my area about this theft & giving them the information they need to get their money back.

Bogus that in 2021 they charge a fee to pay them online. I suppose they will be getting it snail mailed to them. I haven't been here long but I already feel the negative vibes about them. Never had to deal with something like this not being a part of my water bill until moving here and it is definitely more than I've had to pay for this anywhere else I've lived too.

I wish I knew how 2 adults and 1 toddler have higher usage than the previous owners of our home (6 children and 2 adults). So glad we have moved and never have to deal with them again!

Why am I not surprised to see a company that the people pay for had such a low rating. Myself I enjoy the extreme prices on rain water disposal and water in general, something that is given by Mother Nature and has the lowest customer service rating next to Duke energy makes me proud to live in Kenton county.
