The lady the sits at the front window to the right when you check in, man does she always have a bad attitude. I've been her more then once and the first few times chock it up to a bad day. But yesterday it was the same. I check in and her attitude was like I was not wanted and I was a problem. I know myself as a company owner and just being me was extra polite to see if the mood changed. It didn't when I went to check out. I don't think my company, for I don't want my employees to be subject to that kind of attitude, want to continue to haul product from this company

I love this company it's the first job I ever worked where they actually do there best for their employees. I wish more companies was like this one. It's a shame I had to leave my state to find a great job and be happy

Just started today. Great orientation, they are full of surprises. They definitely make sure you are on point. I think I am really going to like it here. They stress showing up to work everyday, it is benefitting all involved. Detail orientation is important and the desire to learn. I met slot of exceptionally great people!!

The lady working the shipping and receiving office is very rude, and not easy to work with, and when I called to check on my load status was told "did we call you, no!!" "We will call you when it is ready." Dropped my trailer which is a container and they changed set Temps which is giving to us by the port and the customer on where they want it set at. Landing gear was raised higher than what I dropped it. Been sitting at 12 hours just to load, went and scaled and had to return because my trailer was 2500lbs over on gross, 2200lbs over on my drives. This is by far 1 of the worst pick ups I have ever had.

Work at Hirschbach. Have drop and hook. Dropped empty trailer and now waiting more then 24 hours. Load trailer more then 23 hours? Seriously?

Have been loaded in about 9 hours +
I don't think i will come back here again.
After taking a load here , be ready to washout your trailer.

Drop n hook to load, in n out less than an hour, load was ready early, nice people.

No problems as a driver picking up load in and out. Very efficient.

The lady at the checking window inside on days has the personality of a door nail or that might be an upgrade
