We live at Crestview Lakes Villa, a mobile home park in Burlington. SD1 has been overcharging residents based on their water usage. $40 & $50 SD1 bills for a $19 water bill. SD1 issued refunds ranging from $150-$350 to (4) families but not until they were called on it. This has been going on for years & alotta people don't know they're paying too much. I'm educating people in my area about this theft & giving them the information they need to get their money back.
