What a waste. I had a e-check returned and a block was put on my account back in May 2020. I called them up and was told it was removed. Here we are almost a year later and still not able to use eheck. On their website it says call the office to have it removed. Tammy informed me the information is wrong and the block stays on there for a year. What a crock. Get your act together SD1. Rates keep going up but no one can update their information.
