Rented a flat through Martin & Co in 2010 and when we decided to rent our flat this year the obvious choice was Martin & Co.

From day one Phil and team were there to help and explained us the process in detail, renting was very easy through them and it took only 2 viewings to rent our flat within a week.

Phil came and done 360 view of each room along with standard photos, 360 view was excellent for any prospective tenant. I'd definitely recommend Martin & Co to my friends.

My experience with Magnus at Martin & Co changed my perception of real estate agents forever. I sold my flat through them and Magnus has consistently gone above and beyond expectations. He was literally available 24/7 to support me to get my sale through effectively and timely. He coached me throughout the process as it was my first property sale so I was quite inexperienced. On top of being supportive and professional, he was also always very nice and funny and that certainly helped during difficult times. I highly recommend him and Martin & Co, they will look after your project brilliantly.

Horrible experience !We didn t have hot water for 6 weeks in such a cold weather with a 14 months old baby who had a cold! We had to boil water in a kettle to take a shower or wash the baby.
!Many excuses for not sorting out the problem such as not finding the part, the engineer being on holiday for a week,...which is unacceptable as such an emergency issue should be fixed within 24 hours and we ve been kept waiting for 6 weeks!Also there was a running water from a pipe outside the property for 4 days! Waste of energy and money! Our bills are doubled because of the faulty boiler and other technical problems.Very very rude, unprofessional and aggressive property manager (called Magnus)though. At the end, we had to contact the council to sort this problem out! The engineers are still working on it right now and I don t understand why it s unbelievable for Phil! If the problems were solved 2 days ago, they wouldn t spend 7 hours working on it today from 8:00am until 15:00 pm!

Absolutely a nightmare! The apartment had some issues (e.g. mould coming from the ceiling, issues with the curtain rod, the boiler not working, etc...) It took ages to solve all the issues the apartment had (and many were not solved at all) even after many emails exchanged between us and the agency. For most of the problems reported we had to contact them multiple times by phone and by email to make something happen.
For the boiler issue, for example, we had to stay more than 10 days without hot water...unbelievable.
Not recommended at all.

We had an letting viewing appointment on behalf of my elderly grandparents. Unfortunately we were running late and called into the office. A member of the sales team asked us' if we thought it was appropriate to keep their agent waiting in the rain'. When I told him that instead of being rude could he let the agent know, he hung up on me. When I reported this gentleman to the agent we were meeting (Josh Bartram) he told us I'm sure he was just trying to ascertain exactly what has happening and said he could 'offer me another chance to view'. Seriously what is wrong with their office that they think this is appropriate customer service. A simple sure we will see what we can do but in the future please give us more notice would have sufficed. A complete and utter disgrace. Clearly they think renters are beneath them and they can treat them however they like. Disgusting. If I could have given them no stars I would have done.

I dealt with Josh Bartram from the Twickenham branch and I have never been more happy! From the day of the first viewing Josh was super efficient, he was helpful and made the move in a lot easier! I highly recommend him!

The agency was supposed to manage the apartment th...

The agency was supposed to manage the apartment that they rented us but they didn't. I had to wait at least 2 months for every single problem before they act on it (chasing them every week). I had to leave for this situation and I reported them to the Property Ombudsman for a formal dispute.
The property "15 Cranemead Court, 43 Whitton Road, Twickenham" has big humidity problems in 2 corners of 2 rooms that the agency did not resolve after almost 2 years that I reported it.
