Very poor service waited more than 2 hour and they said we didn't have any place tell September to book an appointment . You guys really need to look up for your service it's really wasting time and disappointing. Not happy at all . Please don't waste your time to go here .

Staffed by people who don't have to live anywhere near a refugee.

As new arrival to Glasgow, you can get all the help which you want and for free of charge.

This place very helpful institutions service that give some advice and also help asylum seekers and refugees people in more a
area don't have lawyer they can help., no food to eat and able to give you some toiletries, also some money.

I went there to help me, but unfortunately they did not help me, but I noticed that there are a number of people who are very cooperative and cheerful, but I do not know why I was not helped in my topic and God knows best.

I should thank the poeple who working in this place. So kind

Wating for 4 hours then the they told us go to get help from citizens advice bureau because they can't help :(
