Beware! So called engineer attended a leaking boiler (call out charge =£174), then provided a quote for repairs (£722.40). After the repair (Bonus Eventus have now spent 5 hours with the boiler) we're told further work is needed that couldn't be identified during the initial call out (quote = £788.40). Reluctantly agreed to the additional repair (we needed a boiler!). A few weeks later, with the boiler having broken down again twice, we receive advice from another more reputable firm that the boiler is beyond repair and needs replacing. So after £1,684.80 of costs Bonus Eventus have delivered nothing except 2 months of frustration. AVOID!

Bonus Eventus recently came to install a split air conditioning system in my home, with one outdoor condenser unit and two indoor inverters (one in my home office and the other in our bedroom). From the outset it was a pleasure working with the Bonus Eventus team everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, and the two engineers did a fantastic job installing all the hardware in some very awkward locations. I'm delighted with the resulting system and can highly recommend their services.

Over a 2 week period, Bonus Eventus installed our bathroom.
They have have some real assets in the team who worked on our job:-

Dave who has defined and managed the task efficiently and with care, ensuring all the different trades were available at the right time. It has been a complex job in a small space, with a number of unforeseen difficulties which they have overcome. The estimate was very detailed, and included practical items we had not considered, but resulted in a better job.
Dan - who has done the bulk of the work in a friendly and cheerful way
Tom the electrician - who also has a really good way about him, and subsequently corrected faulty wiring left by other tradesmen on an earlier job
Luke - who came in to plaster late afternoon early evening

It has been a pleasure to have them on site.

Good experience all round - some great refurbs achieved on very tired looking properties. Occasionally difficult to get work booked in with them now as they are so busy.
