Do not work with this people. Very unprofessional. My driver spent 7 hours loading and they are trying not to pay detention.... The broker does not answer phone nor emails...... My experience with this people can be described as absolute waste of time and money.

2 pick ups from Glenville, GA going to Tucker, GA paying $350... On a $100K load. Never again.

I have worked on a good amount of their trailers that pass through San Antonio. I have never had an issue with payment or anyone I talk to. The whole team that I have dealt with is always in a good mood and willing to help me with any issues I have.

Sent us the confirmation with 11AM appointment when it was 10AM indeed. Driver checked in at 10:30AM and spent there 4 hours to get loaded, but no detention was paid. Moreover after unloading the driver for 3 hours no detention again.
Be careful and try to avoid.

Most of these reviews are fake, it's from their own crew.
We booked a load with an old Woman, her Name is " Kayla Chastain" is was completely Unprofessional. She couldn't answer the phone properly. Very Rude Woman.

Did not pay my friend a tonu, after sitting at shipper 3 hours and driving 100 miles to get load also lied about weights to one of my drivers that i work with...

My grandfather passed away over Christmas. Your broker, Abeed worked very hard to find me a load from South Carolina to California so I can be with my Grandfather during his last remaining days. No other broker TQL or CH seemed to care. They just want money hungry. Abeed cares. He even checked with me to see how I was doing afterwards. It was tough experience but he made it better. Best broker.

Since I've been in the trucking industry I have came across two amazing brokers with Scott Logistics Springdale AR office by the name of Suzi Bennett and Lawerence Smith. When I say they are AWESOME brokers to work with. Always on top of things and keeps the wheels turning. GREAT JOB Springdale AR!!

Out of all of the loads we have run we have only ever had one issue and it was corrected immediately. I have nothing but Good words for Scott Logistics and Haley Phillips who has been our go to person for runs is awesome to work with. Our company was in a bind with an underperforming vendor and we gave Scott Logistics a shot a completing 12 loads in Texas in a short timeframe. The company and it's employees were professional and competent and our heartburn with the old vender was solved. I will do business with them again.

Wish I could put no stars!! Not surprised to see what everyone else is saying this is by far the worst broker I ve dealt with. Give me a load with a 3 o clock delivery appointment I arrive at 230 just to hear they stop receiving at 1 they refuse to pay layover pay and also refuse to pay detention for the 4 hours I sat at the pick up! This is a terrible company they will steal your money drivers stay away!!!!

Scott Logistics is a company I would recommend to anyone. Everything is done in a timely manner, upbeat, respectable person that takes pride in his job and it shows. And that person is Jim Stovall. He makes working with Scott Logistics a breath of fresh air. Great job keep up the good work.

Agreed on a load with JP filled out a carrier packet waiting for a rate confirmation for 30 mins called to ask for rate confirmation and he said oh I sent you an email saying load is no good. He Never sent no email when asked when did you sent the email he was like I don t know. Asked to speak with the manager and he said he don t want to talk to you. THERE COMMITMENT IS NO GOOD. DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THIS COMPANY ITS A WASTE OF TIME.

Larry Smith and the Springdale AR branch are amazing. They keep us moving with good paying loads and the customer service is AWESOME!!!! LARRY IS THE BEST!!!!

Abeed is very professional at Scott logistics as a dispatcher. Well spoken and sincere to customer. He is fast to getting delivery number and getting you dispatch on a load less than 5min. No time is wasted. He will inform you of available loads a week or 2 ahead time. That is crucial to a CARRIER! It help carrier with the preplanning of loads. Thank you for the job well done! Keep up the good work! Sincere.

Abeed is a very responsible agent. He has a assertive attitude and can handle any task he is given. He has a keen sense of detail and follows through from cradle to grave.

Do not recommend - Don't haul power only for them, trailers are in bed condition, if you refuse to pull their trailers they won't pay TONU

Jennifer Mcneil is awesome. I have worked with her for 6 years and she is so helpful, nice and goes above and beyond to make my job easier. I couldn't do without her.

Worst customer service eve experienced. Broker Brodie Moore never answer calls and always not in office. When ask to speak to brokerage supervisor got transferred and then nobody answer.

This company is great. They pay very good rates and handle with great care. I will definitely go back in the future. Love this company!! Oh buddy

Scott Logistics has always catered to our companies needs! Miranda McGinnis has gone above and beyond for us more times than I can count! She is always so helpful and always finds a way to get our product picked up no matter how many loads I send her or how needy and picky our customers are. She is one of the sweetest people, I really enjoy working with her!

Our business relationship with Scott Logistics has been very beneficial. Staff is always available to resolve issues and their information is accurate and timely.

First time I booked load they did not pay tonu,, 2nd time I booked load load lied about weight.. and was on the phone with female broker when a road rage incident occurred.. they automatically assumed I was talking to the female broker...

Work with them often and never had any issues. Matthew does a great job and I look forward to doing more business with him.

This company is a complete joke. Will talk to the account manager thats all they say. They never get back to you with what you need. Dispatch team is one of the worsrt in the industry.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever done business with. They will lie straight to your face and when caught in to many lies will pass the phone around there office so other people can tell new lies. All they care about is getting there freight covered and could not possibly care less about there drivers!

They will take a load away from you and not care if you dead head or not if they find a guy even for $50 less than what you are doing it for.. Do not waste your time guys

Been working with Scott Logistics for a year and the customer service is excellent, great people over there.

We've been working with Scott Logistics since 2005, and have worked with various Logistics Coordinators during that time. I want to take a moment to comment on Tamara Chatman as she has been my go-to person for a few years now, and always contacts me when she sees freight available in the lanes we run. This is the type of communication we appreciate. We pride ourselves on providing great service to our brokers which means we are remembered when the next load is available. I count on Tamara, and hope she feels as comfortable as I do when we are able to secure a load. When she calls me she always has the pertinent information I need and this makes it easy to make a decision.

Terrible broker. Lies about having loads and holds your truck for hours only to cancel loads on you and refuse to pay dry run. You don't want to do business with this company.

Don't trust brokers of this company, First they book load with you and when your driver arrives their for pickup then you are told that this load is already gone on another truck. Then we called them and i was told that one day earlier they took you off from the load and gave it to someone else without even informing us.

Be very leery when dealing with scott logistics, make sure you request "to be officially dispatched".
Even when driver calls in and they give him his pickup location, order #, and pu#, and delivery address, they do not consider him dispatched. Then when load is cancelled they will not contact you to let you know, nor will they give you a truck ordered not used. You are on your own when dealing with them.

Just the worst of the worst, Whatever they tell you have them send it in writing. Otherwise your are out of luck. They lied about the delivery date completely, lost the whole weekend due to their lies. Its not just one broker, its the whole office in Arkansas.

God will judge them for sure.

Horrible broker. They do not follow up with changes in customer pickup times or dates and REFUSE to pay detention. never using them again. If carriers have a CSA score, brokers should also have a national database where their performance, reliability and integrity are listed. Scott Logistics would be at the bottom.

Order truck did not use and did not pay for it. Brokers with nasty attitude.

They are making us to mail clean bols for no reason.
They are trying to avoid payments even we delivered safely and on time with no issues.

We loaded for this company for the first time and it all was great, paid 10 days after delivery. Exceptional, no issues. Andria is the best to work with. Will load again for them.

Some of the reviews on here seem a little silly. If you want money call Micah in the Arkansas office. He is a straight shooter and you might not like that but the rates are high. I am in the business to make money and his teams finds ways to always pay more. In return I am fair on things his customer and most don't want to pay but I make up for it rate. Booked and "easy and quick" load from NJ to MI.
My driver was delayed on each pick and we waited 3+ hours for a Appt#.
We arrived at the receiver and were told to pay a late fee to get unloaded. The customer and broker refused to pay for the late fee even though they created the issue. Do not work with Scott Logistics. They are not honest about the load, fail to provide all info and will not reimburse for detentions or fees.

My company has worked with Scott's Logistics for several years now. Amanda and Jennifer are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The are always there when we need them. I highly recommend using Scott's Logistics for all of your transportation needs.

Having been a previous employee at SLC I know first hand that there are a lot of experienced -hardworking individuals at this company. I trust Andrew Firestone and his team to take care of many of the shipments for my company and he does a great job!

Love working with Scott Logistics, great group of people, always willing to be flexible and help us out with anything we need. Especially Springdale office and Fred Parker, he stays in contact with me daily, offers plenty of work and fair rates. Payment is always timely. Would highly recommend working with Scott Logistics and Fred, he's great!

I hate brokers. Ain't got much use for them as 99% of them are dirty crooks. Among the 1% who tend to keep some my faith is Scotts. One person in particularly is Abeed. I'm old school. When I heard his name, I thot he was sitting in a call center in Afganistan. He's the most down to earth broker and A very genuine dude to deal with. Whenever I've had issues with my loads and ain't my fault, he gets me detention. He always emails me about his loads. I seen a lot of folks talkin good about this guy and they right. Love scotts, love Abeed.

NEVER TAKE A LOAD FROM THESE PEOPLE! We got a load from them with three stops. Gave us the wrong address for pickup. The pickup appointment time was 4:00pm didn't get loaded until 11:30pm because the merchandise was even there yet. Was suppose to deliver three stops they loaded two. Sent us to the first place waited 8 1/2 hrs to unload first load due to their mixup. Get to the last delivery which they were to call and inform them of the delay due to their mishandling of the load and was told we had to pay $350 for being late. We missed a $2000 load due to all of this and all they offered was $350 to compensate for two days of sitting! DO NOT USE THESE BROKERS! I will be filing a complaint with the FMCSA now! Nichole was the broker and Susie was the supervisor. Pathetic!

Scott Logistics is a great company. They are always very nice great customer service and Abeed Bawa is a great agent. Ask for him and he will take care of you. He s very cool and always makes sure to help you with everything he can. Thanks to everyone at Scott Logistics you all are a great team.

Working with Amanda and Jennifer at Scott Logistics is always a pleasure. I always receive friendly customer service, quick responses to my inquiries and fair rates.

I see why the raiting is so low. We, the company I work for had a load brokered to us. Well our driver was delayed due to a previous customer so our SOP is to contact the actual shipper and get more time on the load so that's exactly what I did and I was even able to get another driver to cover the pick up in California and drop the load at BNSF. Well somewhere along the line, some broker called our account rep asking who changed the appointment window and I said, "I did" I'm following our SOP so our account rep says "oh ok" the broker now wants to talk to who changed the appointment so I said sure. Well 30 minutes later the broker calls our account rep who then contacts us in operations that the load is cancelled because she is upset. It's not like we said we weren't going to pick up the load we just contacted the shipper ourselves to let them know we would have a driver there by 1330. Keep your freight, you are lucky we even took your freight especially on a day where all of our boxes where about 40 miles away. Working with a company that has over 50k boxes and our market averaging about 1200 loads per day we are ok. We have our ups and downs, that's business. For a broker to have a piss pour attitude like a child is very unprofessional. Good luck to you all.

Very disappointed with this broker....driver scheduled to unload at 9am on August 22, 2016. Rescheduled until August 23, 2016....15 hours later and I am being given $100 in layover....bad business...

Becarfull from this company. They will cut yours money.
When you calling them to request detention. Employees will say to you call back cuz the manager not her. Every day you calling same story. Then when you reach the management they will say to you thats your request too late and you should request it within 48 hours. They play at truckers.
And if you delayed to deliver they will charge you half of amount.

By far one of the worst brokers ever!!!! Tiffany January is a ghost. Books a load with you and disappears.

Bad people to book a load with , they will sign you up on a load then give it away to one of there favorites (landstar) depending on if they get empty in time to get the load , your basically on standby ,that guy Brent was anything but helpful....

THEY GAVE ME A LOAD THAT WAS TO DELIVER MONDAY MORNING, WHEN I GOT THERE THE BROKER DID NOT SET AN APPOINTMENT, SO I ENDED UP WAITING UNTIL WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON TO GET OFFLOADED. I work with Scott logistics weekly they have fair rates the "Atlanta" team is great and Jamie Anderson is awesome at this location....they have several locations and can nearly get you anywhere you are trying to go...at a good rate

If you are a truck driver do not move loads for this broker agency! They will pull a fast one on you and short pay you. Stay away they will also report you if you make a late delivery even if you break down and have proof bad business
