Booked and "easy and quick" load from NJ to MI.
My driver was delayed on each pick and we waited 3+ hours for a Appt#.
We arrived at the receiver and were told to pay a late fee to get unloaded. The customer and broker refused to pay for the late fee even though they created the issue. Do not work with Scott Logistics. They are not honest about the load, fail to provide all info and will not reimburse for detentions or fees.
