Love shopping here. Always has what I needed at reasonable prices.

I usually visit the base @ least 1-2 times per month and have always had a good experience while visiting. I would visit more but since I live 45 minutes away it's not always possible, so I make the most of it when I do g0.

Love the remodel. The exchange has a new look and a modern feel.

I always love visiting the base exchanges, always have the best deals and if you find it cheaper they match the price and no taxes.

They never have new release movies. Terrible selection.

It was well lit. Kind of slow but no long wait for anything.

Good haircut, but does not understand when someone requests "skin" cut.

Expensive products, inconsistently rotating stock, they close way too early, I only go here if I need to.

I was stationed here from 1983 to 1996. I had only seen the old facility and this one is very nice. It still doesn't come close to some of the Navy Exchange facilities I've seen on the west coast but not bad for Illinois!

They just finished a remodel. Seems comparable to most exchange stores. Good selection of name brand merchandise.

Really nice store and has a great selection of many different items. With really good prices as well. If you are able to get on base would highly recommend going here, since the staff is very nice.

Typical exchange, nothing better than what's in town at same type of store.

You never know what you'll find that you just must have!

Scott Air Force was so clean, we picked up our meds. The procedure was quick and easy, everyone wearing masks and so courteous and helpful. We picked up some groceries and meats.

Saw a lot itd dead bugs laying around but it was a decent bx

Rather unfriendly to me- a non- service member! My son and his family had just moved there that weekend, he is in the USAF. I being the MOM of this USAF serviceman thought that I deserved a little more respect than what I received. The cashier supervisor(CSM) was excessively rude to me!!!
I found absolutely no excuse for her insensitivity and extreme rudeness !
Otherwise it was beautiful well laid-out grocery store with many items that I'm not accustomed to seeing. I was very happy with all products & the variety of products until I got to the checkout !!!

The store was not carrying a major sale item which was somewhat disappointing. Obviously the online sale got the job done.

I really like the Scott Base Exchange. Prices are similar to Macys and Dillards, so is the quality.......but no...repeat no taxes

Had to exchange a Lancome product and Sokun was exceptionally helpful! She is always very pleasant.

Something for 4 everyone. + reasonable sales. Selections too.

Service is Great! Workers are friendly and helpful! Only thing I would recommend is more price checking scanners throughout the store..at least one in each corner of the store....

Garden-variety base exchange. Smallish clothing sales store. BX sells some appliances. Vendor sells firearms. Recently remodeled.

Great prices on high ticket items , e.g., TV's & appliances. Plus, no taxes for those who qualify.

Great commissary, but not quite as impressive as the one at Kadena

Can't wait till the renovations are completed. Hard to locate things on a quick shopping trip.

Very fun staff and great choice of food and products! Would highly recommend checking it out.

I am never able to get all the items I need. Stock runs out quickly and is slowly replaced. The produce is hit or miss on the quality. Half the time it ok, others I get home to discover the core of my peaches and apples are rotten.

You have to be air force or have a dept. Of defense id care to get on base to buy anything here . I was with my niece & her husband who is retired air force. It is a beautiful air base.

I love the selection the service is always off. I was in on Thursday and made a large purchase, the cashier was more interested in talking to her husband and his coworker than ringing me in. Receipt should have been emailed to me, wasn t so when doing an exchange on Saturday, I lost $30 on the purchase as it is now on sale and I have to have a gift card because they can t prove I paid debit.

No taxes and price match policy saves this place from 3 stars. Do what you will with that.

Renovation made the store easier to shop. Additional isles gives you more to shop with better selection.

Remodeling but areas are still well marked & staff available to assist.

This is such a neat place to visit! My son joined the army and needed to get some things together before he went off to AIT training in Missouri. We stopped by here to get some of the things that he needed. The people working were very helpful and seemed to really want to help us find what we were looking for. They have a really neat selection of everything we were looking for. I will say, I m a proud Army Mom, and I been struggling to find Army Mom stuff.. I actually found some cool window decals and a keychain here!

Very disappointing to see a nice px with no nail salon and a ladies hair shop closed on Sundays. There was a nice vendor selection .

This place is amazing! Really good prices and is a really big place! Very clean and friendly staff! I always enjoy going there!
