Very neat and clean store. The lady working there was most helpful and friendly.

Pretty good pricing, and of course, no tax. Nice clean store, well merchandised.

The only cashier that was working besides those in customer service went on break. They never opened another check out lane.

This is a typical experience for a base exchange. They have a barber and military uniform shop be in front as well as an area to eat. The exchange is on the medium to small size compared to the huge buildings going up on other bases. Still, they have what you would expect them to have.

The major downside is the lack of parking. The parking lot seems to always be bursting at the seams with cars. Likely because the commissary is next door and shares the parking lot. Prepare to walk.

Just as good as other USAF bases we've visited. Nice variety of items for personnel on and 9off base, as well as their families.

Great! All aspects of price, staff, service. Well done. Only disappointment is HQ has lowered the product selection beyond logic!!

Wonderful customer service. The store does not have a good brand selection of shoes and clothing for girl sizes 10- 14. I have noticed increased prices. But you can find great deals when they have sales and manager specials.

I went to pick out makeup and Kris the makeup artist was amazing and helpful! I really appreciate her assistance!

Was difficult shopping with a cart in the make-up, shoes, infant isles. But always enjoy shopping there.

The employees are very nice and helpful. But for a military base the prices are higher than your local department store (Walmart, Target, etc.) The idea of no tax is appealing but when you compare apples to apples it seems the price of everything has tax built into it. Having said that, there are some good deals if you know how to find them. The customer service is top notch though and so is the cleanliness and organization of the products on the shelves. Now, the real quality and value is at the Optical Center located directly in front of the Exchange. They always have great deals and quality product backed by exceptional service and satisfaction guaranteed. I highly recommend both stores for a pleasant shopping experience at Scott Air Force Base. A

Coming from Ramstein this BX seems lacking. Decent selection and prices. Rather shop at Walmart.

This was first visit to Scott AFB. The exchange is awesome. Pricing seems comparative to most civilian stores. The selection of service related items is very good. As Arnie says "I'll be back"!

Lots of variety, excellent salespersons + profits get returned to help the base!!!

Food court is great. Domino's Pizza, taco Bell, Charley's subs Panda Express and Starbucks.

Military clothing is open 9-6 mon-fri and 10-5 sat closed Sunday. They really need to fix their crappy hours or put it back into the regular px.

Recently remodeled. Variety of stock though but necessarily competitive with off base prices.

Nice clean store. Prices aren't much different than other stores. Hardly saw any employees. Was only greeted by one employee in the uniform section of the exchange.

Great I was able to sign up for the new program on base. The personnel at the visitors center was very polite and helpful. The Base Exchange had an huge selection of men's cologne. They also had very reasonably priced appliances. Their price match guarantee is great!

Not very honest and helpful. What is advertised is not true. If they say limit amount it could mean they have none at all. It happened to me!

The exchange is a great place to shop for personal and world related items. There are a variety of shops operated within the Main Exchange (store). I will mention a few that I frequent when I am there; Barber Shop, Alterations shop, Dry Cleaners, the Main Exchange itself that was recently remodeled. A Food Court is there also that sports; Chinese or Oriental Cuisine however you prefer, Anthony's Pizza, and a Sub Sandwhich place as well. It is a great place overall to visit and shop.
