This is the company that does the grass on Fort Bragg. There is on worker who does a less than half ass job. I took pictures of my yard after he finished with it and it looked better with the tall grass than what looked like a 2yr old did it... if I wasn t standing out there and heard him tell another work to also do a half ass job I would of thought this is the way this company train all their people. I asked one of them could he fix the weed whacking job the other guy did and he did with no problem. This company needs to look at their workers cause some of them are giving a bad Munie a bad name. Thank you to the guy that fixes his sorry work!

We have Munie on Fort Riley. The workers here are incredibly lazy and obviously don t value their jobs. Every morning that we have lawn service I scan my yard and pick up any toys, pet feces, or rocks that might cause issues. This is the third week in a row that they have claimed we either had our dogs outside or left pet feces. And on the rare occasion they do now our lawn, they leave strips of unmowed grass and tore the grass out of the ground with their wheels. It s come to the point that we ve gotten a sign saying they can t come in our yard and we ve hired a neighborhood kid to do it instead.

Munie cuts the grass for the property next door to us. They keep damaging our bern, and continuously discharge on our property. We have called for Hillary and Chris many times without being able to get a hold of them and no call backs or visits (they apparently don't care). So we will start sending them bills for our damages and repair as we've had to document our damages for legal action.

For many previous years, they've done a phenomenal job with fertilizing and weed control in my yard. The 2018 season left a lot to be desired and was more reminiscent of previous companies I've used. They really need to step up their work in 2019, or I'll be finding someone else.

Munie lawn care is completely irresponsible and I am absolutely livid. In our neighborhood, rule is gate is locked, do not enter ... nor only was my gate unlocked and opened without permission, it was never closed. LEFT WIDE OPEN ... my husband let my dog out into our yard as we usually do and he left the yard because THE GATE WAS LEFT OPEN . My baby was lost overnight. Thank God a neighbor handed him over to Military police and we were able to get him from animal control.BUT WAIT!!! As a result, my dog was chipped (without my permission) he was given vaccinations he has already been administered (without my consultation or consent) and get this!!! WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT I m not happy. And something must be done. I am grateful for my dogs safe return, no thanks to Munie Greencare or it s staff.

treat their employees horribly. no training but expect perfection? How can you call yourselves green-care professionals when you don't train your employees? they claim to be family oriented but let their hard working employees go for no reason. No wonder they have a big turn around rate. horrible company to work for. horrible standards. hypocritical and FAR from professionals!!

They refused to fix damage caused by their employees

At approximately 6:30 this morning, 10-18-17, driving towards Alton on highway 2-55, a driver in a beige pick up truck with munie on this side was driving dangerously. I was in the passing lane going approximately 70 mph and he came up behind me, tailgating until I was able to pass the dump truck I was passing. Had I not been able to get over, I'm not sure what I would've done. He proceeded to speed past all other traffic until he exited at the Alton bethalto exit.

We live on Fort Bragg, for whatever reason they don t have a local page for the company out here, and the workers they have this year are pretty bad. I have seen one or two workers that seem to care but for the most part they are pretty terrible. They obviously rush through, don t do edging unless you call and complain, even if they do edging they don t blow away the mess left on sidewalks and walkways, they constantly miss patches of grass. The labor force they had last year wasn t great either but they were better than this year. It bothers me that part of our BAH goes towards this and we can t even get decent care for our money...

Munie was the most expensive lawn care company I checked with, but I used them at a previous residence. After my second application, I noticed more weeds growing in my yard than last year. I ask them to come out and reapply weed killer, which they did. Three weeks later the weeds were growing stronger than ever. I think they sprayed fertilizer instead of weed killer. On the first application, which was granular, my back yard was stripped because the worker didn t overlap the spreader. I have light green and dark green strips in my backyard. I fired Munie. Saving $10 per application with a lawn company that a BBB member and ranked highly unlike Munie.

This is a great lawn care company they do everything from cutting grass, to killing weeds, and aeration, seeding.

Huge problems with nutgrass and wild violets. Eventually got nutgrass under control but never git violets under control and got worse as summer progressed. Third year of using Munie so I expected better control. Our lawn is irrigated so that not an issue.

To their credit they came back as called but I was told to wait 10 to 14 days to see results. results never happened and the summer passed with no impact on violets. Disappointed.

So this company cuts my yard only when they feel like it . I live on Fort Riley in Kansas. Some days they cut it some days they dont . I get notes on my door saying its because of certain issues but the funny thing is they cut it a week before and nothing changed . I call my community center they say its because of them not having employees. Munie cuts my neighbors yard everytime . But they only cut mine every other week . They also dont cut around my fence but they do everyone else and now my grass is taller than my fence on the sides . I'm highly pissed that this comes out of my BAH but they dont even cut my grass every week. I tried to call munie directly and they said they can't help me. This is the worst lawncare service I have had to deal with on a military installation..

Left huge spots of unmowed grass, mowed when wet leaving tire marks, constantly battling with them to do a half decent job.

Asplundh tree company paying 90 million for undocumented workers I hope munie learns from this because in ft Campbell they didn't even know English were painters .. And every time we painted the back doors they would blow weeds and trash in fresh paint and when we approach and asked they didn't know English in us army base smh....

I completed my internship with this company. Loved working hard and learned how much hard work this family puts into their business. Highly knowledgable staff for all outdoor needs. I highly recommend Munie Greencare!

We have had bushes in our front yard for three years now. I have tried many times to treat the mold myself and cut back the dead. Munie lawn care listened to my request and pulled out all of the bushes the day after the call and even replaced them with many beautiful flowers. They were responsive and kind. I highly recommend this company if you are in the Fort Meade, Maryland area.

Worst company I have ever dealt with even tried calling to talk to them and they were like not my problem we don t care my husband serves this country risks his life can at least do a simple job of cutting grass the way it s suppose to be

Dangerous and Reckless!!! They seem to be regularly understaffed therefore they work in a hurry. Every time they are out doing their "landscaping" they cause damage to the lawn by driving too fast and taking fast sharp turns. They don't take the time to avoid metal objects on the ground, pipes, etc, and have caused damage to vehicles. The workers seem to have a bad attitude, which is probably caused by the improper staffing, but is no excuse for their recklessness.

Give these guys a call! ... revamped their promotion efforts & provide better overview of their services

How did you ever receive 3 stars. The worst I ve ever seen. Consistent shoddy work. Lazy workers. I m presently watching them cut grass in the pouring rain. We all know what that s going to look like. Smdh

We have had Munie lawn care for 20 years. On time with our irrigation start up and shut down appointments. Our lawn looks great with to their prepaid lawn care service.

This is the worst place to work at so much racial profiling I can t believe it and so much lack of communication with the whole company. the owner and the supervisors are unprofessional I will never work there again never in my life I wouldn t want nobody to go work there or tell friends to go work there worst place ever smh

Great customer service! For such a large company with so many different aspects, they do a wonderful job all around. Definitely recommend them for any of your lawn care, construction, industrial needs!
