Despicable company that treats their workers like trash.

Fast, friendly and professional, which is increasingly rare in this industry. I'd give them a 7/5 if I could.

Hey Scotlynn, one of your drivers (unit 844) blocked roundabout at hwy 17 and fairway rd after he realised he took the wrong turn. He decided to get out and ask drivers to back up because he wanted to do the same. It was around 9PM. Time to train him or hire experienced ones.

Load delivered, detention not paid 5 hrs. Bad experience working with Scotlynn. They just pay whatever they want to pay.

So far so good, everybody that i have met has be awesome.

I have worked for this company for over 5 years staff is friendly and their willing to work with u for any reason, , and I get all the miles that I want my paycheck is there every two weeks without any issues . Me and my dad did not have a good experience at all! I would not have give them a star if i didn't have to, they do not deserve any stars from the experience we had with them, and the amount of unprofessional attitude that was displayed! The customer service was awful, rude, and unprofessional! The representations they had shown on the roads from their employees and owners was insanely dangerous and rude. Meeting a driver on the road, driving a matte black range rover, was an aggressive encounter from the way they were driving. Popping from lane to another back and forth, preventing the pass without signals, and tailgating in a busy section of town. We decided to let the company know there is a dangerous and inconsiderate driver of theirs on the road. We knew this driver belonged to this company by the license plate, which stated scotlynn. We called the company to address the situation and hopefully prevent any accidents or more dangers on the road caused by this or any of their drivers, and we got nothing but rude, inappropriate behavior and disrespect from each employee and representative that we spook to. We were laughed at from immature humor and shut down from just trying to keeps the roads safe. We did not appreciate the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism that was presented towards us, and they certainly will not be getting business from us anytime soon! As an example of the level of immaturity that is held by the workers we spooked to, if they saw this review they would laugh and worry nothing about it, taking it jokingly. In a real professional environment these situations would be addressed to better their service and company. Maybe if the employees were professional and cared about their customer service, and the if the driver was addressed properly it could prevent any future accidents, fines and maybe even a possible suing.

booked a load with the FL Office on Joseph Vincent team, they are a very rude, unprofessional staff. Expect immediate follow ups from drivers and dispatch. Waiting 3 weeks for detention owed, keep getting putting on hold, hung up on. Managers there do not care as well. As I was on the phone, I heard a guy in the background asking if he was on the phone with me, and started laughing at the guy. then I was placed on hold again. Do not work with this company, ask for a different branch as this one os as unprofessional as it get !!! I removed them from our system and added them to the do not load list because of this and will also reach out to the customer to let them know who they have representing them !

worked with MIKE Xtn 2503 got shipment delivered later revised tender with lower rate,do not trust them most shady people out in market. carriers Be Aware unless you do not worry about lowered revised rates once the shipment is delivered. did a shipment from Grawn MI.

Dont work for them they promise me a new truck gave me old truck whit problem .Staff are very rude even dispach cant give you answer you sit there for 5 hours waithing for answer .Been off for two weaks waithing for truck to be fix .Anybody getting lease truck take pictures before taking it they may acuse you of scratches or something else.They acuse me but i took pictures before taking the truck had scratches they said i did it .Now there keeping my pay .Every one has bills to pay and a familly to support i guess as long as they get there pay nothing else mater. Be carefull dont work for them there just like tranx .

Scotlynn in my opinion is always good. Good to me anyway I find they are easy to deal with and they are always helpful.

Friendly staff great people driver lounge is nice with shower, animals should not be allowed in the drivers lounge and drivers sleeping on couch at night

Treat your workers better or karma hits back at yah.

I worked there and had good lanes and was always kept working, good dispatch to work with and no issues with the maintenance. I would go back in a heartbeat. I only left because i wanted to be home more.

I've never worked with such a horrible company not only are they going to rip you off as a driver they're going to rip you off as a company. They go out of their way to withhold money from you every chance that they can. If you don't believe me look at all the other references in here about how they don't pay.

The biggest bunch of 2 faced thieves, started working for them in February of this year, 3 weeks into it, ended up in hospital for 2 weeks, with held paycheck due to not giving them 10 days notice of being off work. Worked 2 weeks for free. Don't do it, I sweat it will be the worst decision you will ever make
