Steer clear of this tracker. As someone who used to install trackers, I can confirm that this one is of extremely poor quality. My customers frequently faced issues with accurately locating their vehicles on the map, regardless of how meticulously it was installed. Dealing with their customer service is a hassle, taking around an hour to reach them, and their demeanor is consistently arrogant. I strongly suggest thoroughly reviewing all the feedback before buying. Consider investing in a Metatrak instead.

Appears to be impossible to get in contact with their techsupport, email, phone calls, chat messages all go unanswered.

The ScorpionTrack Fleet system continues to deliver a variety of productivity improvements, cost savings and tools that enable us to deliver an even better service to our customers. The system supports multiple departments in our business and is used by our MD, FD, Workshop, Hire Dept, Depot Managers and myself as Transport Manager. A truly excellent product and the service and support provided by Carl is excellent too! We would recommend Scorpion to any company operating a fleet of vehicles and plant.

Great company who really stepped up to the plate to assist with a Toad Alarm (excellent product) installation in a classic Mercedes Benz that had gone wrong, leaving us owners both at the end of our tether & concerned that a mint, original vehicle had been compromised by sub-par workmanship (which was nothing to do with Scorpion Automotive). The customer service & help has been greatly appreciated as well as providing valuable reassurance that all is well with our cherished vehicle.

I have been dealing with Scorpion Automotive for approx 20 years. There products are always of the highest quality and state of art in there field.
Our sales manager Richard is Top class when it comes to giving us the best deals and information and is always on hand to help us move forward with new products. Every company could do with a Richard!

It's clear to say I recommend Scorpion to any body.

Poor. Having cancelled my subscription after I sold my car on 28/7/20 I dealt with Lewis Crisp and followed their exact cancellation procedure, including calls and emails, I received confirmation of cancellation from Lewis yet today 23/8/20 they have taken payment from my Card for September! The new App is also awful versus their previous Google Earth enabled App, I feel this is a cost cutting exercise. Avoid this company if customer service & a good App is important to you.

Good supplier with a good range of quality manufacturers with good technical back up.

For just over 3 years now I have utilised the services of scorpion for all of my automotive security needs. I own a business with a fleet of 5 vans and have fleet tracking on each of these. The benefits are threefold, I know where all of my staff are at any time and can inform customers of expected arrival times, the insurance premium on my fleet has reduced and I'm safe in the knowledge that should any of my vans be stolen they can easily be located. In addition, the information generated by the tracking system is so comprehensive that I have been able to abolish paper timesheets as I can use the information to raise invoices and pay wages. Genuinely couldn't run my business without these trackers. Very happy customer.

It s really great to deal with a company that provides an excellent customer service.
Tony in the technical department helped me sort out the immobiliser on my Toyota 4Runner and nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciate all your help

This company deactivated tracker on my 70k vehicle without giving me any formal notice, putting me in danger of losing it. I find this behaviour disrespectful and would not recommend it to anyone who expect high standards of care. On the top of than when I have raised my complaint the blame for losing tracker was directed on me. I was promised the phone call back and never received one. This company doesn't know what customer service mean and doesn't deserve even one star!! PROPER SCAM- AVOID

The worst customer experience of my life
The bloke called Tony is so arrogant, I have never felt so violated!!
I only rang up for some advise but because I am not as technically minded as Tony their Technical Manager, I was hit with an enormous amount of abuse when I asked "are you sure that's what causing it?"
How dare I ask him such a question?!!!
Never ever again will I buy any product from this company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I have a tracker on my personal vehicle as well as on a fleet of vans through my business. Cannot fault. Always happy to go the extra mile. Would 100% recommend.

After using several different tracking systems I have settled on the Scorpion system as I have found the tracking to be far more accurate than other systems I have used

Scorpiontrack have supplied us over the years with their products which have been made in the UK and I would say we have a very positive business relationship with them. Positive and constructive feedback is always acted upon, they don't rest on their laurels and try to do their best for our Company and our clients. Their support team have a wealth of expertise to draw upon and this has been invaluable to our Company - worth a try if you want a tracker.

First class service from both Dan & Tony in the technical department, they helped me out with an old school alarm that I couldn t find the data on. Nothing was too much of a problem, both were polite & efficient. Cheers lads.
