Poor. Having cancelled my subscription after I sold my car on 28/7/20 I dealt with Lewis Crisp and followed their exact cancellation procedure, including calls and emails, I received confirmation of cancellation from Lewis yet today 23/8/20 they have taken payment from my Card for September! The new App is also awful versus their previous Google Earth enabled App, I feel this is a cost cutting exercise. Avoid this company if customer service & a good App is important to you.
