I sent a very "outside the normal scope of work" type of request to my rep, Justin. He quickly grabbed that request and went to other departments to see if it could be done. He got it done and it meant that I worked with folks in three other departments around the company. Every single one of them jumped in with patience and enthusiasm to make sure we had the best possible experience. I soooo appreciated that everybody from Justin to the other three departments ALL grabbed onto this opportunity to make a WOW moment for us. It was great! Thank you for going above and beyond, Team Scorpion! You guys are awesome!
