Internet service is very unstable, if you go to less central areas connectivity is lost. You need more currency exchange houses, I only found one and I charged you around 10 or 15 dollars to make a change

It is the main airport in Chile, with two zones of national and international boarding. There are restaurants both inside and outside both areas. There are parking lots, access to taxis, transfers and buses to and from the airport. Over the years it has become narrow, so a large expansion is being built.

You don't have too many places to sit but the free wifi is great and saves your life. It has several transports to the city and car rentals at an acceptable price. If you are staying for a while and in a group I recommend the last option.

Rude customer service, most definitely one of the worst I've come across around the World.

Very bad, the attention by phone ambiguous answers, at 7.30 no one answers, you ask for information at the inn and they do not know how to deliver a correct answer, the extenders left without concrete answers, they derive you from one end to the other to reach the office of swissport .... lousy experience, a shame for such a huge and growing airport.

It is not a very big place, it does not have many stores but it is normal. They have wifi that lasts 30 minutes approx.

Security confiscated my tent stakes and threw them away. Are you kidding? Tent stakes are too dull to hurt anyone and you just threw away $50 of my possessions for absolutely no reason. And Santiago itself isn't much to see, if you're coming from overseas you'll be disappointed with this town.

The airport looks better and better with the modernization they are doing. However, it fails to end the mafia of scam taxi drivers who are INSIDE the airport. The time is right to allow UBER inside the airport and improve the offer of service to travelers.

This airport is like a trip to the past, it needs to be updated, have a facelift or be replaced by one that represents Santiago. Although it is always in maintenance of something, it shows the passage of time and retro air of the times in which it was built.

My rating is for the parking lots and bad connectivity with the passenger terminal !!!! Only an approach bus ???? It can not cope with the number of passengers that this airport has! You have to improve!

Usually one would rate based on one single experience like of the most people have done here but that wouldn't be critcal thinking and thus not helpful. This airport impresses.
Chile's international airport is not one of the biggest in the world but it gets the job done nicely. it's very easy to get around, the process of checking in and boarding the airplane is relatively simple. You arrive, go through the doors and you'll have the check in nicely assisted by employees who are willing to guide you at every time.

More seats are missing for passengers who have already checked in. Many people and little space to wait for boarding time.

It has a lot to improve for the current level of air traffic. It is recommended to arrive early as parking takes time and the lines are very long. Few food options, all overrated. Good last minute shopping options inside the international terminal, high cost.

Don't hire a car from Alamo at the airport! Their service is appalling! We hired a car for two days. On their advice we parked in a garage that turned out to be closed in the weekend so we could not remove the car. We could not reach Alamo by phone. We had to go to the airport where the contract was terminated. Alamo would pick up the car from the garage. However one week later they charged us 400 euros because the car was returned too late!
