A national shipment disaster. 1 hour flight delay because they had 1 runway enabled and a one-way flight to conce was delayed. 15 minute wait because they did not give the green light to land. 20 minute wait because there was nowhere to disembark. And those 20 minutes were to wait for a parking lot on the slab, to be able to disembark down a terror staircase taking all the hand luggage. 15 minutes of waiting for the approach bus to fill up like a transantiago and start on the way to the airport. 15 more minutes of walk at the airport. Another 15 to walk the entire national boarding area and get out of the airport. 30 minutes to buy a ticket for the transfer (which at this point costs a bus ticket to conce) and wait for the transfer to leave (which must be filled if or if). 1 hour ride in the transfer. In the end, the flight that was due to arrive and disembark at 12am ended up disembarking at 1:45 am, at what point did BOTH the domestic air travel so much spoil, that they make it more attractive and comfortable to travel by bus? Or is it that being from regions we have to get used to a bad service, because surely we are in a cart? Pudahuel airport service is unpresentable, a national shame. It is worse than the bus terminal. Not even the toilets are saved, bad keys and toilets without comfort. A complete disaster.

I've been waiting for a van for 25 minutes. With the price they charge!

Airport is undergoing renovations and arrival is a bit confusing. It has good bathrooms and the freeshop stores are good and there are enough variety of products. Like everything else in Chile, the prices are quite expensive. A mineral water costs R $ 25,00.

A precarious airport, everything is very expensive and the service is extremely lacking. It is a tip to hire a transfer at the origin of the trip and not have problems with taxi drivers.

For being such a important airport, the overall services are pretty basic.
The food services are not that varied and they are expensive. The bathrooms are literally half of the time closed due to cleaning which isn t very good neither.
Wifi is okish, with no time limitations and there are plenty charging stations.

It has been very stuck, in addition they place new people without practice delaying more than normal bad attention and very slow, some have lost flights due to the fact that it does not do anything well the services that serve weighing the suitcase as they can be teaching us that should be do in a schedule that does not travel many people or in a prudent schedule ...

With all the necessary comforts to wait for a flight. Hygienic services always clean. Clear and precise information. Additional data for transport: to save, there are 2 service companies with buses 1.- Centropuerto and 2.- Turbus, which transport seamlessly to the central sector of the capital, even in metro stations on both line 5 and line 1. (With whereabouts at exit 4 and 5 of the airport) The one-way value is CLP 1,700 (USD 2.5) and the round-trip cost CLP 3,000 (USD 4.6). As a reference, a taxi to the center fluctuates between CLP 15,000 (USD 23) and CLP 20,000 (USD 31).

It is our international airport. I have seen it evolve since the time when I was little and had a colorful mosaic mural with a map of the world and clocks that gave time to different areas of our planet. Now it continues to grow and I hope they continue providing good service and that many Chileans take off to the place of their dreams from this place with history.

At 10 o'clock (at the end of the morning arrival wave) we had to wait more than an hour for entry. At customs then again an eternal snake, but it was processed quickly.

Transport to the city center by bus quite cheap (about 3 per direction), but not ideal as transfer to the metro mandatory.

For departure then much more relaxed. There are some lounges and the terminal is big.

Cleanliness and order are appreciated. Logistics very bad. Today we walk more than 25 minutes to reach the exit gate. The airport is very large and very poorly connected. I hope it's only for remodeling.

Very easy airport to get in and out of. I went through here 4 times the past week going in and out of the country. Security is a breeze, make sure to keep your ticket that the customs people give you when you enter the country.

The airport itself: Very clean! Every time I went to the bathroom their were cleaning people going in and out. Spotless for the most part and there are a couple of shops and restaurants. The Ruby Tuesday has a deli attached to it incase you want a cheap sandwich to go. Water is clean to drink in Chile so feel free to fill up your water bottle with water. There is a Dunkin Donuts as well which has cheap 1,090 chp donuts.

Getting to the City:
I used both bus companies (Turbus and centropuerto) from the Airport to the city. Turbus is a bigger 2 story bus and when they put your bag in the baggage area of the bus make sure you tell them which station you get off at. Green means you get off at Parajitos and yellow means Alameda. I got off at Parajitos but my bag had the Alameda tag on it. I was able to get my bag but was a bit of a hassle and I had to find my bag quickly before the bus left for the other stops. The Centropuerto bus is smalelr and less official in terms where they don't mark your bag like Turbus.

Location of bus stop at airport: Go outside the customs and past the crowd of people asking if you need a taxi. You will exit the airport thorough the main doors and across the street to the center median past the taxis but before the airport parking lot. On your right you will see the buses and a bus sign. All buses in this area go to Santiago.

Price: The price one way is 1,700 and roundtrip is 3,000chp.

City Main Stops: Both buses go to Pajaritos and Terminal Alameda Santiago which are good metro/bus stations in the city. Either stop will allow you to get into downtown Santiago. I would say if traffic is bad get off at Pajaritos as it is the metro station that is on the city limits but has access to the main metro line to the downtown (L1 aka the red line). Pajaritos is a good bus terminal to get to other Chile destinations like Valparaiso.

I recommend either bus. I liked Centropuerto a little more as it was not as crowded as the Turbus, however Turbus is more organized.

Buying tickets: Turbus you buy your ticket at the kiosk at the bus stand in front of the airport entrance. Centropuerto you buy the ticket on the bus from the driver.

Check In: You can check in online, at the counter or using the self check in screens at the airport.

Flying to Easter Island is a domestic flight. After the installation, there is Starbucks on the right, and a coffee & bakery on the left. There are also small shops selling doughnuts and meals near gates 20 and 21.

Terrible airport stayed in time. They are expanding and remodeling it. Meanwhile the controls are tediously slow. The plane can park far from the terminal and forces a long bus route. The vip are good ugly and the freeshop even worse. Transportation options are limited and mostly expensive.

They serve poorly, I had a 10,000 ticket but they only let me carry a promotion, thus losing half of my ticket. Zero connection with the client. They don't seem to know how to work under pressure.

Objectively it has improved a lot, the "New Pudahuel" is emphasizing passenger comfort, and thus, not making the wait so tedious. For now, the wifi (it is free, it is a great help especially to foreigners), from very early locals working, very clean. Congratulations.

Excellent

Good Airport with a nice design. To eat or give a gift is expensive like the vast majority of airports. Everything is very well marked, although if you want to ask any questions or queries that you have, the airport staff will attend you kindly. I hope it serves you greetings

It's a small airport but not bad at all. I was there during a super chaotic time (day after the solar eclipse) and the airport was beyond packed but they handled it well.

There are some good places to relax, sit back and get a drink at and grab a bite to eat. I had one of the best Pisco Sour's at this airport.

Somebody told me to get there three hours early to get my flight. I couldn't believe that. I'm a frequent traveller, I would go two hours before. Yet I did as I was suggested and that was good because the airport is so uneffective, a long slow line after the other, I could barely reach the gate when boarding!

Well organized contemporary airport with clean open spaces. The entry exit points are well marked for easy navigation within the airport. Loads of duty free shops and restaurants to pass your time during transits. Staff is helpful but language can be a barrier at times as most only speak Spanish. Immigration may take some time so be at your gate well in time. Overall a satisfactory experience.

The airport is very confusing, the signs are not everywhere and the people are really mean. No one wanted to help with directions, not even the people that work at the airport. Also very annoying the people offering taxis. It is not clean.

For medium-long stop overs checking in to the VIP salon on the 4th floor is a must. For 60USD you get delicious food, open bar, fabulous shower facilities, rest area, comfy seating and AMAZING hospitality. The seating in the airport downstairs gets uncomfy very quickly so this service was a life saver. I travel on a budget but this was worth every penny!

In what is logistics, it complies with the structure, it has everything, that is, prices will always be high, what is pending is undoubtedly the attention to people, knowing how to react to operational service contingencies efficiently, today the flight It is 5 hours late and if you do not ask in Lan, they do not give you a breakfast voucher, that in this type of places should not happen, that this place is imposing and entertaining to visit.

Very large, clean, new and organized. In the international departure area there are several brand stores with attractive prices, as well as souvenir and food shops. In the waiting room has a small playground even with xylophone for children, helps a lot in waiting!

Very bad experience. Upon arrival we had to queue for passport control for an hour. Many people tired after several flights and many hours, wanting to get home. Elderly and children sleeping. It cannot be these long waits at airports. You don't think about people traveling, you don't get comfortable. Put more people or automatic machines that facilitate control and access

Worst security ever... DO NOT ever use the airport Atms since there are people stealing cards and not security at all. Nobody controls who enters the air port, be suspicious of any "taxi driver" standing around atms.

Spacious, clean. Intuitive. Very few seats, there is virtually no place to sit unless it is in the food places or inside the boarding area. Discrimination is constantly perceived if you do not dress elegantly or appear to be very wealthy. The airport police exercise much abuse of power both in the treatment and in their manners, they are not reliable for example to request help since it is possible that discrimination may occur. Despite being an important airport, no comfort or friendly treatment is perceived.

The airport is just not designed to handle 5 long haul flights arriving at the same time.
Even the worst airports in the US are better.
Only consolation... The staff is smiling

Relatively large, clear, and clean airport. Only after arrival did we feel a bit oppressed by the taxi drivers. The flight in the early morning is very fast. After the baggage check we were under 10 minutes through the controls and at the gate. The staff at LATAM were friendly and there were good shops. Unfortunately, no free Wi-Fi.

Domestic flights type 14 to 16. Hours almost always down.
Get on the bus. Uncomfortable. And the departure of the plane is delayed

Basic structure and poor signage .. We arrived at lunchtime and there were only 2 windows available at customs to receive tourists .. we waited more than 40 minutes for assistance. In the lobby, taxi drivers just have to jump on you! Unfortunately, the airport does not reflect Santiago's security and organization.

Very old and does not provide comfort. If you have to make a long stopover, it will be a real torture. The only option is to spend a small fortune in one of the VIP rooms. Friends of mine who constantly go to Australia stop at this airport for more than 05 hours complain a lot about the place. The look is ugly, lacking modernity.
