Slots are Horrible! Way too tight. I am an avid slot player in Nevada and California with lots of wins and spent quite a bit in your "racino" . I will NEVER go back! Never heard or saey one person hit! Hope you choke on my $400. Also the food was nothing to write home about either.

Fun place. We always stop for a bit on our way to Columbus. Sometimes we win pretty well and sometimes not. Free fountain drinks.

This place is a farth it is a rippe off and needs shutdown

Three out of the four times I've visited Eldorado Scioto Downs, I've walked away with over 500.00 - 1000.00, with only wagering 100.00. I will continue to return to this establishment.

I won a little bit of money. A little over $100. And it wasn't even a long visit so I can't say much else. Didn't try too many machines. Gaming environment was comparable to an Indian Casino, which I love.

Always fun. Don't win much if anything but it's a good place to lose all your worries.

Very nice place to gamble and relax. Food options are great between brew brothers and the buffet.

I only went for the horse races, but I did enter the casino. If you want to sabe a little money they have free refreshments in the casino..not on the track.

I enjoyed going, and did often. Until I stopped in at 1am on the 25th to try my luck and ended up getting pretty lucky try 1180, 900, and another voucher at 700 and some. After cashing the first voucher I remember NOTHING! I don't drink alcohol nor do I use drugs and that's how the staff treated me when I told them what I just told you all. When I came to between 6/10 hours later I had no money or vouchers in my pocket. My car keys were lost and ended up finding them at guest services in the lost and found. I have tried to communicate with the security team and keep getting ran in circles. And I don't understand why staff would let me sit there that long without waking me up or checking on me. Someone gave me some kind of drug and took the money I won and no one at the establishment seems to care. I may go further with this, I'd like to speak to the owner about the situation I believe you may have some staff that are doing illegal things. I have an attorney I could contact and get the footage, maybe you can be more reasonable than the security team I've dealt with so far and help. I still don't feel right as of now.

From the moment I pulled in my experience was made to make me feel important and special.

The race track indoor bar is too small. The grandstand needs to be repaired or rebuilt. I would make horse race voting easier by coming up with electronic printout floating devices so people won't have to stand in line before betting on horse races. The owners need to spend money to make money. At least make the place look and feel comfortable for the patrons.

Their machines are still tight but it was entertaining .

Overall everything is great. The only complaint I have is there are no higher denomination slots in the smoking areas. Would be great if you could put some dollar and five dollar machines out there!!!!

I had a great time here with my girlfriend. The only downside to Racinos is that there are no card or Roulette tables.

Yesterday my sister and I visited El Dorado casino for a day of renewal of sorts. We had let some bad feelings and words cause us to put our sisterhood on hold for a while. In any event it was decided that El Dorado (to us always Scioto Downs) was where we would mend fences.
I had been ill and hadn't been there in over a year and had hit a few nice jackpots there over the years. Why I have even had my picture taken in front of my machine with the "big check". On yesterday's visit I contributed more than I won and I save my gambling $ for well over a year. I mean. My mom"s favorite quote was "It's only money!" And too, you only gamble what you can "afford" to lose. I spent more than I planned, those dreams of holding another big check didn't come to pass. Yet, I spent my "mad money" going Mad and having fun!!
Anyway. I digress, the review was on service I received there from day into night from the smiling valet service to a very exceptional bar waitress named Angie. I spent my career training representatives on how to treat customers and Angie had she worked for me, would have her picture hanging on what we used to call a Wall Of Fame. She was everything you'd want an employee to be. She approached with a smile that never left her face, then continued with a warm caring voice tone accompanied by open friendly body language. I asked her a few questions and complimented her on her job. I shared that I knew too often all you hear are complaints and especially now all you here all around is negativity, anger and hate. She replied that she had to agree and that sometimes a person like me made up for those ones that got you down. Angie is a REAL people person. In the service industry, we need these kind of people. If you don't like people, choose a different career path. The Angie's are an asset to your company, should receive attention, should be a trainer, a role model for new hires. She exceeded my expectations beyond my belief, and she seemed to appear to every different area I went. She explained that she had picked up for some else shift and was moved to different locations. She popped up once when I needed a bathroom break and I had over $500 in my machine and was fearful of leaving, so she offered to stand guard that I could trust her and I knew that I could. Awesome is all I can say. I hope you give her a raise, a promotion or something great because you have a WINNER in her. ANGIE can increase profits for you. People feel luckier around positive happy people.
I would also add that it didn't stop with Angie, it continued through to our meal where we were greeted by a waitress that was the warmest, most friendly girl with a beautiful smile named Jessie at Brew Brothers & co. This day, now evening, was getting better and better! She brought our food which arrived quickly, prepared as we asked, and she checked back to inquire if something was wrong with the food. I replied that I hadn't seen my sister in some time and had so much to say that I hadn't shut my mouth long enough to take the first bite. Anyway, she had beautiful laugh too.
I just want to close by saying that El Dorado casino won my business back and I will keep an eye out for these two. They made that much of an impression. Every organization should have an Angie or Jessie to help them set the bar on customer service relations!!

Nice place and food was very good. Stop in, it's worth it.

Its a casino with horse racing lots of parking for all sizes, restaurant and snack bar both have excellent food.

Bathrooms smell like week old Pee and drink stations are not maintained. Staff was very unresponsive about issues. What they did was lose a customer. Used to be a nice establishment, not anymore.

It seems like the better of the two casinos to visit. Usually have more fun there

Well if I gave Hollywood casino 3 stars scioto deserves 1 star just the casino the food places there are really good but if you want a chance to win anything defenetly don't go here they just take your money never won a penny here, 20 dollar bills here are nothing when I say nothing is really nothing a regular penny slot can eat your 20 dollar bill in just 2 minutes.

We stopped in just to stretch our legs n thought we could grab some food. Very clean however with the updated machines was sorta boring

Out of service ATMS/money machines, long lines, slow and inconvenient locations as well. You have to walk a mile to find one. Poor food at the dash cafe', a gas station is better. If your slot machine malfunctions be ready for a long wait. Poorly staffed.

Their machines pay out more than Hollywood! Thier food is AMAZING at Dash Cafe! I've included a photo of the Mushroom and Swiss double burger!! Awesome prices on food too...

Just the excitment and atmosphere. Always loved going there to bet tge poneys. Now the slots makes it even more fun .

Ever since you started giving things away I was able to come and pick up my wife's gift that you were giving her. I went to pick it up drove there stood in line from the front door got to where the gifts were given out and was told that you no longer would give it out to anybody other than the person whose name was on the ticket. It might have been easier for you corporate people to wait until the next time that you start a promotion and put up a sign saying that you had to pick up your own and nobody else could pick up your prize that you were giving out rather than having people wait in line and get to the counter and be denied . not very professional I believe you can do better

My wife and I love casinos. We go as often as once or twice a week. This was the first time we had visited this one and went to hollywood after we left. Wish we would've stayed and skipped the hollywood. We loved the huge selection of slots. Live music was great. We will most certainly be back in the future. But next time we are in town we will be skipping the hollywood and spending more time at scioto downs. Thanks for a great time.
