Scioto Downs Racino Review

My feelings are a lot like a lot of others that go or stopped going to Eldorado Scioto Downs, ever since they took over the casino, the machines are set so tight, that you cannot win anything hardly, ...it seems that place is going down hill
And fast....they really need to stop controlling the machines....they say they can't control them, but yes, they can...its obvious that they can control them, cause you used to win but ever since they took over, you are lucky to get out with your shirt....thinks is close to head back to wheeling.....

Fun place. However, they do need alittle more help on the floor with the machines.

They have wonderful heated outdoor areas! I've never been to the race track but the casino is great!

Really well distanced. Cleaning is good...Should of required MASK to enter... majority not masked ..not good...I went to a retail store and you had to have a mask...with the magnitude of visiters masked should be required...Vovid is still alive....

We left them lots of money , and waffle house is where all the high rollers go to eat afterwards

It's ok for about 15 mins, but after playing several machines and not even getting a sympathy bonus, it gets boring.

2nd Friday of every month they have karaoke. Some of the singers are really good and some of the people who get up and dance are.....entertaining. Every Friday night they have all you can eat crab leg buffet. Veterans get $3 off with id.

The odds are getting worse everytime I come. Has been bad for the last 6 months. You don't serve philly cheesesteaks anymore. That was the best thing to eat there. My dad has been coming with me spending as much as I do and for a year you gave him 5 dollars free play. Now its 10. Whoopee. I am getting very disappointed with coming there.

Prices for food and drinks were a little higher than expected, but overall was a good time with friends. The food is decent, and the slot machines were clean and even took home $40 in winnings

Not my type of entertainment. Very loud. Food prices are exhorbant. $6 for a hamburger! Good for the gamblers. Mainly senior citizens. Free pop, coffee and tea.

It was a fun place to play I kept hitting Jack pot however play play playing penny slot os not the best idea I lost all money doing that.

We tried to go to Brew Brothers, but we stood in line for a host or hostess for 15 minutes, but never even saw one. There was someone from the casino standing there, who said they were incredibly understaffed at the restaurant, and had two waitresses working the entire place, and that we were better off just leaving. So we did.

I only care about the crab legs. I don't throw my money away gambling. Feel bad because I see sooooo many seniors and disabled people throwing their money away. However I visit for the all you can eat crab legs. They keepem coming, NONSTOP. You don't have to wait or fight for them. The prime rib is decent and the rest of the food is edible but not great. However the staff provides great customer service.

large variety of slots to play always clean and if your lucks not good in the casino you can go outside and try your luck with horse racing during the months of may to september

If you like to gamble it's a pretty cool Casino with lower limit and higher limit and middle limit games that you may not see it over casinos in Ohio. It would be cool if they had a Resort Hotel I need to check out the hotel Hampton that is connected to it maybe that'll be really nice. I've been using my players card and if they do comp rooms I know that I will get one LOL the house win sometimes and they definitely lose sometimes

Fun way to blow money...food at restaurant was good

It's been a while since I've been here. Their machines are way too tight. They don't pay out much. Plus they do not comp like the Hollywood casino does. They seem way to stingy. It's worth the extra drive for me to go to the Hollywood casino. I will not be going back for a long while.

Really enjoy going to Eldorado, need some free play ..

Ever since El Dorado took it over nobody wins anything anymore they quit giving you good food at the buffet you have to spend more money to get a free buffet you have to spend more money get points is just a stupid price to go anymore

Everything is Great, The Staff, Food, Games,Music The outdoor Patios there's 2 Big ones with a lot of Games And The Cafe Has the Best Chilli Cheese Fry's I Have Ever Had.

Kinda disappointed. It takes so much to win points and I don't get in on the gift giveaway anymore.

This use to be my favorite casino but since new ownership took over several years ago their slots are so tight no one can really win much. I stopped going there because it was like throwing money away.

There for the craft beer festival which was a great time. The brew Brothers had a great tasting event. It doesn't get 5 stars because... Well it's a casino and I didn't win.

Aside from being assaulted by another patriot. Most of the employees that I spoke to seemed to be delightful.
For those of you with a pocket full of change. Give it to the teller and it don't matter how much. They have a coin counter. Remember you aren't a winner unless you cash out! And taking your chances has few outcomes. Fyi... chance is also mildly defined as an accident in the Webster dictionary!

Its just a great place to go and try a win some money or lose some lol

I love going here from time to time. The slots are really fun and grab your attention. I typically come out positive and have a blast.

It's OK to hangout at once in a while, couple of bars and places to eat. In the summer they have harness racing. Brew Brothers Restaurant is very good.

El Dorado have Greek food beautiful service you don't have to wait for a waiter or waitress a long time great games

Only wish they had more gaming options. Plus, I've never won a jackpot here but it's fun and the music is great!

Have a good time here.... I seem to have more luck here than at Hollywood.

Nice clean place, with new carpet, clean bathrooms . You can play machines and bet on horses too.

Love the atmosphere and the free pop and the staff is always very willing to help with anything u need
