First time returning since Covid shut-down. Great work by employees to keep everyone safe. It was an awesome visit as we felt we got the whole place to ourselves! Loved the Lego exhibit. Thanks to Science World staff for making this work!
Really good for babies to hang out. Lots of things to explore.
Perhaps my little still young. This venue size is good for few hours before or after nap time.
Good for children in the range of 5-12 years. They will enjoy it a lot
Many interactive activities for children and adults
Pretty pricy but good if you have younger kids to entertain.
My four year old loved every second. Kept busy and entertained! Great place is the rain hits. Close to sky train and on the aquabus route.
Much better than expected! Our 2 year old loved it. Highly recommended
It's great for kids to play with curiosity. I also had fun.
Fabulous place for children to learn and enjoy various scientific activities in there. We got an annual family membership and I often take my child over.
Lovely. Beautifully designed and executed. It was super entertaining and even educational to us as a group of adults. Due to Covid-19, it wasn t too busy. You can still interact with their setups. There are lots of sanitization stations around and staff were constantly disinfecting surfaces.
Expensive, crowded, and boring with outdated exhibits. Not really worth the price, but kids enjoy it.
Science World was very fun. There is so much to see and do. The mirror room was a bit. The snacks are fairly cheap there.
A good place for kids of all ages to learn different things
Great museum. Tarket age was spot on for a 3yr old. Plenty to do for him. Some science museums say 3yrs, but they have few activities. This one meant it. Lots of hands on. Lots of fun. Even i had a blast.
Went for the "Ripley's believe it or not" exhibit. That was a let down. Had a few cools things, but not worth the trip. The rest of the place has not changed much since the last time I was there a few years ago. All in all, if you have never been it's worth while. But if your like me and have been before, I would wait until it's a highly recommend must see exhibit to go again.
Fun for all ages! Interactive exhibits, activities and more.
Just missed the Lego display. Beside that I love it and have since I was a child. So many hands on things to do. Fun for all ages. Love the shows and the sperm game.
Great place, good value, lots of interactive science stuff so very fun and educational
Great place for kids, the building has a great astethic but as a solo adult, it wasn't much to offer except for the omnimax theater
Good experience, theatre is very good, kids love this place
Better if you're a 6 to 11 year old. Great information.
Beautiful place. It's so amazing, especially for kids. Worth the visit. I recommend it.
Highlyrecommended for all age ranges :) lovely friendly staff very inspiring
The mirror maze was a trip.... However someone stole some of my alcohol whilst I ventured into thee tinkering exhibit. Twas a disastrous experience at that point.... However the puzzle exhibit made up for it!
Really good place for all ages to enjoy experimenting scientific stuff
I under estimated this place, we spent 2 hrs and were not enough to cover even half of the place... my 4 yrs old son had so much fun and a lot to learn here... I wold love to go again.
It is really good place if the weather is not good for outdoor activities.
Loved the Canada 150 exhibit. Awesome setting for a day of family learning and adventure. I love that you can bring your own food and drinks and lots to do around science world as well.
Great place to take little ones. Good for the whole family.
This is one of the best science centers I have been. I could spend two to three days walking around and playing with exhibits. So imagine if for a kid. Go go go!!!!!!
Brilliant science museum for people of all ages. Lots of interactive exhibits mean you won't get bored here. A little pricey but worth the ticket.
Love this plays. I go there al the time with my kid.
My 6 year old and 3 year old love science world. We are members so we go alot.
Great place to visit with kids. Always learning something new. The science behind pixar was awesome exhibition.
Waited 15minute in snack bar queue. Lady on till working at glacial speed. Then told no popcorn for 10mins, which of course was what I was waiting for. Went downstairs to get food. At least 20 people waiting. Not enough staff for a wet school holiday day.
Very science-y! I haven't been for like 23 years. Lots of stuff to check out to tease your brain. The Omnimax didn't make me so motion sick this time around!
Awesome place! Expensive however even though it shouldn't be as its owned by the largest cell phone company in Canada..
I went here for the theatre and it was clean and quite a joy to watch. Worth seeing the spherical screen
Very fun, enjoyable and interactive. I felt it was worth the price
Great place to kill a few hours. Probably better suited to younger children but still an enjoyable experience.
Great place to learn about SCIENCE! Lots of interactive displays, friendly staff and close to transit.
Nice place to entertain your kid for half of a day. Lots of things to see and play.
As an adult who has been to couple of science centre in the world, like the one in Toronto, I find this one in Vancouver rather underwhelming. The content is not much and facility is a little old. I finished the whole tour in 25 mins. And left after. OK for kids, maybe there is slightly more things to do. But if u don't have kids, don't bother going. It's not worth hr time and money.
Wonderful place to spend the whole day with your children
great place for the kids. must get the membership. totally worth it. They have something new all the time.
Very intuitive, especially the games on the first floor !! Very educational and fun.
Spent hours here with my 9 year old. Fun, clean, and lovely employees.
Such a fantastic place for families. Kids run themselves out while learning at the same time. What's not to like about that?
I really love this place for instance the shows and exhibits I come here once a year
Very fun for kids and even adults but a bit crowded for covid situation!!!
This is more like entertainment place for children. Great for kids of all ages. My 5 year old was happy. Even 1year old had his dedicated spot. Science World is not as big as many of technical museums in Europe (Berlin, Munich, London), but those are oranges and apples.
Nice for kids. Too expensive for adults. I recommend it if you have kid. A lot of thing does'nt work when we came. I see it one time and I did'nt go back.
Great for kids, has many cool things such as movies presentations and more
A great place of learning and fun for kids and adults.
We've been to alot of science centers and I still think this is one of the best. Great layout and so much to do. The staff and shows are great. Well run facility
Wonderful science museum. Very interactive, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and learned a thing or two!
Decent museum, however the exhibits are more catered to younger kids, perhaps up to 9-10 years old. It's not as exciting for older kids, teenagers or up.
Interesting showcases that change every few months.
Wide array of hands on exhibits, kept kids engaged for over 3 hours!!
Good place to take kids, super busy on the weekends, interesting and great learning environment.
Too pricey for small exhibited area. Good for children learning.
Love this place. Been coming here for 25 years from my children to grandchildren. Well worth the money and always adding new stuff and fixing it
Enjoyable for the kids and adults, but it really lacks in size compared to other places in the world especially if Vancouver likes to claim it's a world class city.
