Beautiful place, it's like being in another country. I loved to walk around and restore it.
Really great place & cool concept in the middle of Marseile!
It seems to enter a building site and then discover a magical place where study rooms, experiential spaces, laboratories are mixed ... All alive, colorful, owned by the boys
Good place if you visit during the day, but skanky during the night.
Beautiful cultural space. In summer, giant aperitif on the roof, with bars and snacks (Hot dogs, fries ...). There is also a restaurant.
During the week there are shows and sometimes at the end we do screenings. During the summer it is a playground for young people. Especially those who skate on board, this is the perfect place
Place of the friendliest Marseille, exceptional price quality for such a place, I validate!
In summer the roof has a beautiful view. Tonight I went to the restaurant, really top with evening salsa really nice
Small evening very nice, limited number of places for the roof terrace, come early, picnic tables available as well as deckchairs, bar, and beautiful panoramic view. I highly recommend it.
Nice room, and lots of parking spaces in the surrounding streets!
It's one of Marseille's hit spots. They have nice parties on Saturday nights. It is recommended
Great for sitting down and listening to groups while nibbling
Great idea the lounge chairs
Place with incredible charm, magnificent terrace where to enjoy the sunset
A must in Marseille, welcoming living place. To have
At the entrance to the bookstore there are excellent and relevant cheap food.
Market local producers and improvised aperitif with cheeses bought on the spot and kindly cut for the occasion, and a small red! Too much, I loved the atmosphere, the setting, and the local consumed !!
Superb place. With a beautiful view for the sunset. Good atmosphere.
Well, but he could put benches or arrange something. Waiting 2:30 to see only one actor. And the smells of infected piss.
If you are looking for a fun and cosmopolitan place this is the place!
Rare place of relaxation in this forgotten district. Shows restaurant play area for children. A friendly place.
Friendly place, but still a little sad, lack of color in the architecture, but very colorful by the various producers of vegetables, etc etc the smells, the gathering of redonnes etc etc but not enough colorful damage ,,,,,, place yet full of wealth and cultures ,,,,,,,
Sometimes it's not good stuff and there's the market.
Beautiful wasteland with lots of Graffiti Urban Art Street Art a big and park basketball courts a place for young people but also a cafe a shop a place where there are Concerts from time to time Except a place to visit in passing by Marseille
Great place to visit absolutely if you come to Marseille
Lots of things to see including a skatepark, gardens, galleries etc.
We come in family too, for exhibitions, for skateboarding. For a drink too ...
If you want to be quiet or nobody makes a difference, you have to come to the wasteland and have more of it to come have family c the most important. Eat well too. I thank you to all those who work the fallow security also
Very nice place to meet friends, have a drink, listen to music and admire the sunset while on the roof terrace.
Born right next door 32 years ago and having grown up a part of my childhood at Belle de Mai if I had been told I would go to see exhibitions to have aperitif lunch dinner to do her market go to the funfair, concerts and so on ... !! A great meeting and exchange place !!!
The largest contemporary art center in Marseille, there are often many cultural activities, although the level of the exhibition is sometimes slightly hehe
A place open to the public all day and full of activities and events.
Everything is there only intelligent space ... Skate for the sportsmen, library for the intellectuals, restaurant for the gourmands, rooms of immense and multistory exhibitions ... The exhibition John the guillerm the necessitait .. Rooftop for the evenings warm with a sight on the harbor of Marseilles incredible ... An amazing place as the trendy would say .... Incontournable.
Place of exit, multicultural and eclectic in all simplicity, a must in Marseille, the summer evenings on the roofs of the wasteland are very pleasant and "good atmosphere"
We participated in On Air, the roof terrace of the wasteland of the beautiful May. It's great, a great atmosphere in an unusual place in the 3rd arrondissement of Marseille. I highly recommend this place.
The last fashionable place in Marseille. The former premises of the Seita transformed into a co-working area during the day and cultural venue in the evening. Parking on site which is not negligible without Marseille. Catering and friendly bar. To recommend
Great place with breathtaking views of Marseille. But be careful to come early during the evenings / events on the roof terrace because otherwise you will not be sure of returning to the world or queuing a good time ..
Very user friendly. Large tables where my eat with strangers or smaller tables for small committees
Relaxed atmosphere
Very nice decoration
Very good value for money
I went on a Sunday, it's really a wasteland, short for me traveling for nothing
I do not quite understand why people do and remount near 1 hour of queue to come there. Certainly the place is cool and relaxing. it feels pretty good but it takes 15 minutes to order a drink. The view is no more but very clear. No no going to the seaside has much more interest.
Took ages to get there. Bit dodgy on the way. A small gallery with some work. Was it worth it? If it wasn't 34 degrees, maybe. Nice beer though.
Awful reception, the site is supposed to open at 6.30 p.m., opening 25 minutes later.
I hate this place concrete and bobo wish. Really nothing to save if it is not the bookstore of the place.
Industrial architecture rehabilitated a success. It is like a village. Strolling the we is pleasant
A lot of entertainment during the holidays for the youngest and evening for adults. With skate park, children's games, expo. One of the most important cultural venues in Marseille
Great place and a good atmosphere, a great flat drink very expensive, the staff bar drinks not very nice, hello they do not know, it's a pity that this place is not exploited by pros. Such a waste !!!
Nice place, good spirit. I just hated getting my car back without the front grille on my return.
Aperitif Concert in the evening in summer
Sunset over Marseille
A menu for all tastes and very good dishes for a reasonable price.
It is my canteen during my vacation.
Magic

I loved spending this evening in the cool moonlight with friends and family. The roof terrace and just beautiful.
Yes cool with family or alone to meet people and remake the world in peace and conviviality
