Exceptional cultural place worth a look. The exhibitions are really interesting. And the evenings on the roof terrace are moving well

Unmissable day and night in Marseille. Unusual place of life: art, exhibitions, skatepark, nursery, shows ...

Good place well monitored: climbing wall, skate park the day. Afternoon we air on the roof terrace of the wasteland and in the evening the cabaret. Fault a little out of the way and badly attended at the entrance because security does not leave the place.

I love this place and urban artist finds himself in a dedicated place;)

The wasteland is in the third arrondissement of Marseille, a very poor neighborhood. The place is super well done: big, in height, deck chair, table, music, stands for drinks and food, fake lawn for minots. There is a lot of space (it surprised me that). Closing at 23h (after there is a box at the bottom). The view is not incredible, it gives just on the 3rd district. The prices of drinks and meals are high (6euros quiche, 9euros beer with deposit ..). The atmosphere is very nice, though. With free concerts of the coup. All the employees were nice !!

Genius space! Do not miss a meal at the local bistro, a spectacular party on the roof and the life of this revitalized factory during the day.

No greenery no tree no fountain .... too much shabby tag.

Great People of all ages. Active place, with tables, games, wifi, library and cafeteria.

We do not know at all if we have the right to play an instrument in the structure (with an interesting natural reverb) without being dismantled, feeling of false freedom. Nothing indicates the right or non-right of.

Nice place to do and see.
But stop keeping the table seats for friends. This table setting with unknown people is good too.

This place is magical: free you can come with your picnic and if you arrive early you can spend the evening on deckchairs listening to music, often electro
There is a bar that sells craft beer and another wine and sometimes trucks for those who want
Avoid in case of a mistral

Unique urban place. I love the roof terraces. Urban diversity and immensity. A little closer to the stars we forget the ugliness of the city by taking advantage of social cohesion.

A unique place in Marseille that marries the spirit of celebration and culture. We love.

An old factory that's been converted into an area for sports, theatre, restaurants, bars and other events. There's an awesome roof terrace with panoramic views of the city and sea - (terrace only open in the summer months).

Safe but non-intrusive place, good attendance by people with a good state of mind. No addicts as people with activity goals. I highly recommend this cultural platform.

We took the children several afternoons so that they could skate, we find the places really magical, there is a restaurant on the floor right next to the railway, we do not have had the opportunity to eat again but it will surely happen because they have BIO products ^^

Friendly place but a little rough.
The big tables restaurant is good. The dishes are seasonal and I have never been disappointed.
The only problem with this restaurant is during concert nights. So the room vibrates, it's unbearable. One day, I almost left the restaurant
