A very special and exceptional space. The graffiti are very beautiful and sought after. All the cultural and sporting side in a place supposed to deteriorate and rust over time is a very good initiative from the creators! Bravo! To see and see again without moderation.

Place to see if you go to Marseille, and you love art.

Very nice, an original exhibition (appearances ...) a brownfield site very well remodeled, a good time spent with family. Children with scooters or skateboarding took advantage of it.

Only downside: victim of his success. If you arrive after 20h, you will make a tail worthy of a Disney attraction!

A place I love: The roof of the wasteland is the biggest rooftop I've ever seen. The music program is good but it deserves to have 2 or 3 additional bars to avoid queuing too long.
The cabaret random is very underground but it is hot when there are too many people. And waiting at the bar can be hopeless ...

Great place to hang out during the day, I would strongly recommend visiting Le Dernier Cri on the second floor for some amazing alt comics and excellent screen prints

It is immense, it is an architectural success starting from a tobacco factory with multiple uses, in bulk, exhibition of contemporary art, concert, theater, restaurant les grandes tables, artists workshops, association premises, nursery, skate park, etc, etc

Magical, new, crazy, and so endearing ... A revival of this district which deserves the turning, close to the station St Charles ... come there ... you will not be disappointed ...

The skatepark looks cool unfortunately the selfish behavior of some skateboarders have banned the skatepark to all other practices that skateboard so being a roller skater I got stuck go your way

An unusual place, a magnificent view of Marseille, a nice atmosphere and a DJ of hell!

As a tourist I visited this place because very well noted in the guide of the backpacker. I just thought it was an incredible waste of time. Ugly, nothing to see or do. It's only my opinion, I read that people loved the wasteland, I may not have the artistic fiber ... That's very disappointed.

This is one of my favorite places in Marseille ... there are always beautiful things to see to hear to taste ... it is a meeting place of conviviality and sharing.

I think that for people who live near this place they can forget their worries

Corridors and cold spaces, without beauty. A terrace that deserves a visit and that allows for a pleasant time, nice restaurants.

The most pop link! from Marseille. The multicultural and event factory where you can come for a walk.

The setting is just perfect, little sunset waiting for the projection on the big screen. You can provide picnic and plaid (and cushion!) On the other hand if you hope for a deckchair must arrive early, there is little available but you can come with yours :)

A place open to all where young people meet the oldest, students meet teenagers in skateboards and mamas in strollers crisscross among curious tourists

Cultural place very well organized with many summer activities completely free. It's rare ... We even met Parisians happy to be in Marseille at a party hosted by DJ Satellite. A downside however for large tables, why so few beers or regional wines? I'm sure you'll find local and organic products to offer ... We even found a little gouzou of Jace .. The connoisseurs will recognize.
