Exceptional site for meetings, sharing, cultural. The creation in all disciplines, music, sculpture, painting ... the residents share their concepts transmit, to the others, to the children educational courses, without forgetting the numerous sports spots ... perfect integration in the district, school, nursery, shared gardens. exhibition center, theater rooms, huge terrace where summer DJs spend breathtaking views of the port. Very interesting architecture of a preserved Seita factory, fluid between workshops, radio (radio frog) sharp bookstore, very trendy cafe .. we are elsewhere, we are good. Excellent restaurant.

Street football with the cage. Climbing wall. 1st floor with small workshops. Screenprinting of Pakito Bolino -> fundamental for the friche. Beautiful exhibitions and passion for what you do. It is not a social center.

A great place, friendly, multicultural. The rooftop is just at the top and never packed. We eat there, have a drink, we enjoy the music and the place itself. The only weak point is the rooftop's opening hours!

I loved the atmosphere. Scents of industrial area, hip hop dance and graffiti guetto, mixed with very common activities for general public including children playground. A perfect place for a chill out.
