Excellent people, polite and helpful. Easiest way in off 90 is perishing, railroad bridge is 14'. Perishing to north on s. Morgan to 36th street, go to the end there is a yellow line without a stop sign on the left side of the road, stop there and walk to security to check in. Before backing in slide your tendons back or you'll hit the roof. 10 am appointment arrived 945 on the road by 1030. They'd get 5 stars if I could have stayed hooked up. Overall very good experience.

It all must depend on who's working, as to how low a load or unload will take. As far as attitudes, horrible. They act like they are doing you a favor. One side the doors are very tight, the other side is wide open but I'm always stuck on the right side. All and all, I would avoid the place just based on poor attitudes.

I don't understand how this place has some good reviews. I had an appt at 10am (arrived at 945am) and for the 2-1/2hrs I waited to get a door there was at least 10 other trucks and no one was moving (all though most of them had appts like mine). If there's a place that has no respect for drivers I think this is #1. Plus I don't think anyone wants to risk hitting their trailers. It's a very tight backup and they don't let u backup with your tandems to the front.

Dock doors are tight and pain to back into if you have a long nose truck

It was hard working there , but it was fair ,i worked there 28 years ,it paid my bills

Terrible place to work-- family owned. Need I say more? There are "family pets" that work there and they can do no wrong. Last 15 years HR has changed 10 times, go figure.

Nice place to deliver you can park here the night before on the left side of the road.
To make it easy for the next person delivery is as follows... off 94 you can get off at Pershing Road also known as 39th Street, go west and turn right on Morgan going north and then left on 36th Street, go as far up as you can and park to the left, then at 4 a.m. the gate opens you come through the gate and park to the left as I am parked in my picture, check in with the guard shack and he will instruct you that you swing right and pull left just beyond the cars parked on my left, slide your tandems, throw your seal in the back and then back into the doors that you see on the right, drop your trailer pull straight forward between the buildings and park buy some trailers they will call you when they're done.
Also if you want to get here off of I- 55 you can get off at Ashland come South turn left going east on 35th and then turn right on Morgan and another right on 36th

Very tight dock. Peoples are not friendly if you can avoid this place. A lot of scratches on the wall and damages. Be careful drivers ... also do not ask about assistance if you back up and can t see right corner, because they start be a rude.

Not bad at all. 1,5 hr to get unloaded. Yes - tight. But common - this is Downtown Chicago!!!!
