Honestly would give a zero. Thanks for making my 2 year old with a bleeding head wound wait 2.5 hours just to be told to make sure we keep it clean. Rude. And they didn't seem to really care.

My grandson busted his head open and blood was gushing and I helped him walk into the hospital and asked if someone could help. I was told that this was the emergency room. I waited until it cleared out the line of people ahead of us
Explained what happened.
Was told that someone would be out in a minute. Well no one came out for over 20 plus minutes.
I will never go back there. We ended up leaving and I took him to clark memorial hospital where he was immediately accessed and told to set where the lady at the receptionist desk could see him. Totally professional compared to Scottsburg hospital..

Not really sure what everyone is complaining about had an amazing experience was seen by doctor Hicks who diagnosed and treated me for my issue and also found another issue and also diagnosed and treated it made sure I was in no pain gave me all the medications I need referrals nursing staff was incredibly considerate hospital where was clean doctor was extremely friendly and nice would definitely go back

We were traveling with a friend who needed medical attention and the staff in the ER 5/5 was amazing! Started with the girl checking us in, The nurses coming out to the van to get our friend out of the Van. I want to say Thank You! Lord Bless for all you do for others who are in pain & scared!

I was totally impressed by the process of getting my labs drawn. It went smoothly, little wait time. The gal who drew my labs was kind and explained everything to me. A great experience

I have to say, this is my first time having to stay in a hospital. So far, the staff here at Scott County Hospital has been AMAZING!! Everyone has been friendly, light hearted and very personable. They have made me feel so welcome and at ease and even a few laughs. Although I did have an issue with one of the doctors in the ER, I have addressed my concerns and I was assured that they would be given to the appropriate people. Another thing is, the technology they have here has blown me away. I m still here playing the waiting game on my medicine, it s nothing with the staff it s just a medicine that has to be dialed in perfectly and it takes time/depends on the person.

My son is a year old. He is running an extremely high fever, he is weak and having trouble breathing. They made us wait outside to be called when they're ready, we have been in the car for over 2 hours. I called them to make sure they hadn't tried to call me and this is what I got
"We'll call you in when we're ready"
I asked "do you know how long it will be?"
ER lady: Nope! **hangs up**
Every and any time I've come here for an EMERGENCY it's been this way. Extremely unprofessional. I dread having to come here when I have no other option! Being a Sunday or night, or other reasons I HAVE to come here.

Very compasionate workers when i was in er for a burn they were top notch. Very clean facility also.

My husband was released from Clark Memorial Hospital on Oct 2, 2020 at 7pm we arrived we were in the room for 30 minutes before anyone ever came in . I was going home to Jeffersonville and coming back I left my husband setting up in the bed talking all day. I had been with him at the hospital for 10 days and night and never experience what I found when I came back except the night I took him to emergency room on Sept 22. He was no longer talking could not breath and was in a coma state and bye 6am he passed away. And I do not what happen when I left. I ask the nurse she said she gave him his night meds. I ask her if it was meds ordered from Doctor there or Clark she said Clark. If they were ordered from Clark he was not like that one night. Other things happen in the night nurses was in the room 3 or 4 times. I found him not Breathing . Then to top it off they would not sign his death certificate. He passed Oct 3 and did not sign it until Oct 10 my husband was left in the funeral home. DO Not take anyone there. I have a lot of question and will get answers as soon as I get attorney. They billed my insurance faster then they signed my husband death certificate. Annette Mcguirk

After my sister had a wreck They barley checked up on my her and they didnt care about her and just left her in the room and she had to leave because they did nothing and left her in the room for an 1 hour or 2
