Sandy Hodge of Qual-Lynx is a COMPLETE & TOTAL NIMROD & an INSENSITIVE individual. If you ever get this dumb adjuster RUN!!!!! Or request a new adjuster immediately. She is beyond insensitive and refuses to listen. I don't know how she got this job but if I was Qual-Lynx I would get rid of her ASAP. This chick doesn't and wouldn't care if you're in agonizing pain or blind its either her way or no way. What Sandy Hodge doesn't realize is that she can be sued for having people to do things that they are physically unable to do that could end up in a serious injury if they listened to her dumb self. Who did she sleep with to get this job? She is the absolute worse.

Luc Paret has been incredibly slow at getting back to me over a period since February. I honestly believe they think i will just give up and they will not have to pay my claim. Totally unprofessional, incredibly irritating to work with. I will not give up. This company is not one that I would ever recommend.

There needs to be an option for NO STARS. The absolute worst company known to man. Not to mention the laziest people I ve ever dealt with. Lying about sending out temp disability checks and not receiving them for months because someone didn t do their job correctly or on time. If anyone has an adjuster named Tanya Johnson, I strongly encourage you to ask for someone different to help in your case. She doesn t answer her phone or return ANY messages.

Qual-Lynx has an agent whose first name is Carol. She was as helpful and down to earth as you can hope for when dealing with an accident. She made sure all of the information needed was transparent and easy to work through. she handled my case with speed and poise and she was empathetic to my situation.

Luc Paret at the Egg Harbor office laughed at me and was EXTREMELY condescending when I was asking questions about a claim. The most rude and unprofessional person I've encountered. They are also super slow in processing anything and keep "forgetting " to send me all the proper forms so they can delay payment. Its been 3 months and I'm still being jerked around

I wish I could give them fewer stars. They cut checks twice a month and it takes an entire week to get the check. My case worker forgot an entire weeks worth of pay and they refused to cut another check. I understand mistakes happen, but in any other business you are expected to fix them. She told me her supervisor will call me to work it out. Never happens. I have to track down her supervisor who says the risk analyzer will call me. Never happens. Now I have to track down this guy who, as the supervisor assures me, WILL NOT help me. They have no desire to help you, no pride in their work, no standards, and worse yet no incentive to help anyone because they deal with captive clientele who have no other recourse than to complain on google. Horrible

I'd like to give no stars, but it's not an option....

I'd like to give no stars, but it's not an option. My fiance' has been involved in a workers' comp claim handled by this company for nearly 3 years. It wasn't great to start with, but for the last 10 months, it has been an absolute nightmare. It took over 4 months just to get a few tests and a proper diagnosis - nerve damage requiring surgery. NJ law requires that people on workers' comp be paid "Net 30". There have been at least 6 payments made outside of those parameters and if they "forget" to pay you, you have to wait more than a week for them to correct their error. They rarely answers or return calls, have refused to allow requested doctor visits, and repeatedly denied tests and treatments requested by doctors. My fiance' has been disparaged, had his integrity questioned, has been advised that a family member of the rep was consulted and didn't agree with the Doctor's notes and as such my fiance' is "fine", and so on. Apparently HIPPA laws are not a concern there. The financial hardship this company is putting us through is a disgrace.

Wow, I understand the poor ratings. I received a letter in the mail today with a claim number/date of loss. I have no idea what it s for and haven t submitted a claim for anything. I called and the operator was NO help at all. Told me I had to speak with the adjuster. That s just rude....especially when the adjuster isn t there to take my call. They should be more considerate of a consumer that receives this type of communication: obviously we have a right to know what the claim is for.
Just bad customer service on their part.....
