Really hard to have a bad experience at a Schlotzskys. Solid sandwich, good variety. Soups are really good

Got here at 10.10 and placed my order. Have not got anything yet after 25 mins. Anddddd it's just me at the restaurant...no other customer. Had to go check my order and they realized they have not even started making it yet. Pathetic!!!

This location is an upscale sandwich shop with good food and service.

Love Schlotzsky's bread! This location on tech ridge is fairly big. Customer service and execution of order was great and very quick.

Friendly staff and really good sandwiches and soup. My favorite is the broccoli cheese soup, yum!

Gross just gross, lower range of the intelligence spectrum, they asked me 6 times what my order was and then after a 20 min wait they brought me a turkey sandwich when I ordered beef. Even my black white color blind self can tell turkey from beef.

Schlotzsky's is my favorite sandwich shop. I love their original sandwich and that is the one I get 90% of the time. I have gotten their turkey sandwich and it's also delicious. I like their BBQ baked chips also. For dessert they have a delicious variety of cookies in two sizes.

One of the worst restaurants DONT GO THERE WOTH YOUR KIDS. MANAGER WAS RUDE. They have no respect for their customer especially the MANAGER

Great food, but they pretty consistently get our order wrong. Also a little expensive. Not really a great value, but it's still one of our go-tos.

I have loved Schlotskys since the 80's. Get the original deluxe with extra meat and well toasted.

This location opens at 9:00 am and not 7:00 am as shown. I know because I sat in the drive-thru line for several minutes. Pretty sure I've gotten breakfast here before 9:00 am so maybe they changed their hours.

Awesome service and lots of leg room to relax and eat.

I usually never give a bad review but this location near tech ridge is very unprofessional and the wait was extremely long, I ordered my food for dine in and was still giving my food in a to go bag and they claim to be out of pickles, guess I wont be returning back

Warm sandwiches and friendly service. But be sure to ask for a pickle or you might not get one!

Food is fantastic! I love their bread, it's absolutely delicious. My food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. However, it's a little pricey. But, you get what you pay for I guess.

Schlotzsky's actually has very good pizza. I really enjoy their buffalo chicken and jalapeno pizza. The kids meal pizzas are also very good. My only complaint is that it's generally not clean here. The tables are almost always are dirty and I have to clean them myself. My favorite sandwiches are The Original and the smoked turkey.

Staff is always nice. Only problem is that about 25% of the time I get onions and I always make it clear - no onions. I never notice until I get home and then don't feel like going back. My fast food restaurant options are few and far between since I am a vegetarian and I like the Cheese Original. I need to find another option....feeling disappointed....first world problems, I know.

Fresh sourdough bread and great sandwich's, but more importantly is "Robert" an employee who works here that over exemplifies the true meaning of great customer service. He is great!!

The original has very little meat or none around the edges! Then in the center thick, like it's sapose to be! The bread was like leather!
Not the wonderful buttery yeast flavor of the old days! Who ever makes the bread needs to do the daily batch better, if it's even done daily, my bread was old tasting!

The chicken and dumplings tasted like can chicken, but good service. Love the beef bacon smoke cheesy, and French dip is good.

Delicious food. Clean place. Friendly staff. I love how the deli meat tastes smoky and the ingredients seem to be fresh. The service during a very busy lunch hour was still quick.

Always great service and it's way better and healthier then McDonald junk food.

Order was correct but unhappy to find out that they no longer are doing their 3 free cookies with a completed survey questionnaire....bummer!!!

Thank you Stephen! I came in and placed an order, was told it would be done by 12 noon and you got it done by 11:30. I was able to keep my word on the time of delivery. You are an awesome general manager.

The wife and I tend to frequent this location as it is .85 miles away from our residence. We have tried different times and different selections. About 1 year ago, this location was hopping and lively. It seems that over the course of a year or so, this location has gone a tad bit down in the lively personnel. Perhaps it is because of the different times that we go.
As for the food, we have only had 1 (single) issue where the food wasn t made correctly (to order). I usually just order simple things whereas my wife orders spicy, complex sandwiches or complex salads. Food always is prepared fresh and it is served with a good layout (presentation). Exploring the menu, adding different ingredients to our favorite dishes is no issue with the kitchen. Add to the fact that the wife discovered that she can buy the spicy sauce by the bottle and take it home.
The layout of the location (interior seating) is very generous. It is comparable to other Schlotzsky's locations. There is one round table that appears to comfortably seat 10-12 people at it. Outside seating is ok for the location. I was halfway expecting to see an 2nd story or balcony but none really exists here.
The cleanliness is always evident. If a customer spills a drink or food, the staff are pretty responsive to cleanup. The trash areas are tidy whenever we visit. As are the restrooms.
We will continue to come back to this location.

I always have a good experience there. The food is consistent and fresh. Customer service is good. They have a good variety of food choices.

Great food, always fresh. A little pricey for fast food, but worth every penny!

Poor customer service. We were ignored when we came in for 2-3 minutes before someone finally asked if our order had been taken yet. Drink machine was out of a lot of flavors, including the one I wanted (Cherry Coke Zero Sugar). Most of the booths were messy, dirty table tops, when we went to sit down, and it was not busy. When our food was brought, the food was on these tacky metal trays. And were not brought any napkins. I went to look for napkins, and there weren't any dispensers anywhere. I went to the front order desk and had to ask them for napkins. Food was good, but it wasn't worth the hassles we had to deal with. I won't be going back to this Schlotzsky's!

The most fantastic sandwich every single time! I love Schlotzsky's for over 40 years now!

How can one go wrong? If it's not on the menu they will still make it. This location has never made a mistake on my order. Friendly staff and fast. A bit high in price but worth it

If you don't love Schlotzsky's then you are not a human being

This is the nicest, most accomodating "fast food" restaurants I have ever seen. There is a large, granite bar with lots of outlets in the center so you can plug in your laptop, just hang out and study. I have seen groups of nursing students studying at some of the other big tables. There are a few outlets in other locations. The seats are actually comfortable. And all the staff are always friendly.

Plus, no hipsters!

This event was meh. No one greeted me when i came in. I may work for grubhub but still...speak

We waited forever to be waited on and a gentlemen in front of us had to go find someone to wait on us!! Waited forever for my takeout! It wasn't even busy, I counted the gentlemen, myself, a couple, 2 ladies.

Love the salad, pasta and specialty sandwich. Very friendly service.

The black guy at 11/3/2019 drive through 6:36 pm tried 4 different times to charge me $6.40 even though I kept telling him the Small sandwich was only $1.99 on special. Trying to obviously pocket $4.00 until a Latin girl seen what he was doing and stopped him!!

Good food but not extraordinary. They forgot part of our order.

I like the fact that Schlotzsky s started in Austin, which makes it easy to love. This Schlotzky s in particular is our favorite lunch spot (my wife and I) since it s in the same plaza where we both work. This location is always super clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. The food is always delicious. I ve tried the beef bacon smoke cheesy, fiesta chicken, chicken bacon smoke cheesy, the original, French dip, and the combination special gourmet pizza. (In the photo are the combination special pizza and French dip sandwich). My favorite sandwich is the beef bacon smoke cheesy. OH, also I always get a side of Yellowbird Sauce (also Austin based). During my last visit I decided to switch it up and try a pizza, and I was not disappointed! There s a huge variety of selection at Schlotzsky s but you will for sure be satisfied with whatever you chose. After you finish your meal do the survey on your receipt, it takes like 5 minutes max, and get yourself 3 free cookies! The cookies are super soft and yummy.
