I've been contacting this company for the past 3 weeks because my irrigation system is from them, the calls are always answered by a lady who responds with kindness, but they fail to provide the service they promise: similar answers every week: "you will be contacted for an inspection this week" , "sorry, our inspector will definitely call you on Monday" , "sorry, he will call you at the end of the week" Almost 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for a phone call, this is disrespectful, unacceptable, and a total lack of professionalism.
