CompassTAX is very pleased with the phone system we purchased through Sceptre Communications. The technology of the phone system is both user-friendly and very customizable to our needs. During the initial setup, which included training requirements and technical support, Sceptre made us their priority. And since our initial installation in Feb 2017, the support service we have received from Sceptre has been excellent--they are very quick to respond to our needs. In addition to all this, with Sceptre s excellent recommendation, we are now saving substantially on our monthly phone bills. Without reservation, we would recommend Sceptre Communication Inc. to any business looking for a new or upgraded phone system.

Have had the opportunity to meet the sales team multiple times and have associates who have used their services. Staff is very knowledgable and passionate about their product. They build a system unique to your business' needs that helps improve efficiency while saving you money. Would recommend to any small or large business.

We have only had our phone for 1 month. So far we are very pleased. Great service and friendly staff.

We recently purchased a phone system for our new office from Sceptre and found them to be awesome to deal with. We largely decided to go with them because of the customer service. When we called, the phone was actually answered by a receptionist instead of a phone message. All the other companies we called did not offer us the courtesy of answering their phone. Installation was seamless, they fast tracked us to get the job done in a hurry. The only suggestion I could make is to receive payments through credit card.

Nearly 3 years ago my review stated what's listed below and today May 2, 2017 I'm editing my review and upgrading to 5/5.

May 2017: Approx 6 months ago I recruited Melissa from Sceptre to assist us with issues with our very small phone system and rescue us from issues with the phone company. Typically companies like ours are difficult to help as we just don't have enough lines to justify a change in service. But, Melissa was able to get us a better plan (savings of $45 per month on just 2 lines!) and her techs were able to fix the line issues that other techs and electricians could not. Thank you Melissa!

Here's what I said 3 years ago and it still stands: "I've not used Sceptre personally (which is why I'm only rating a 4!), however I have a business associate that invited Melissa into their firm to do a free audit of their current phone bills. The savings that Sceptre was able to offer with the purchase of new & technologically savvy system was staggering.

Sceptre Communications was recommended to me to by someone else and I can see why. The customer service we received was great. At our initial meeting, Anthony really listened to what we were looking for and had some great suggestions for us. He took the time to really explain our options and how the phone systems work...in a way that we could actually understand.

When it came to the installation he was here with his team to make sure everything went smoothly. During the installation they ran into some pretty big road blocks with our old system but Anthony and his team took the time to research alternatives and find a solution. We also had an unforeseen issue with a neighbor's system that was affected by the installation and they were on it immediately and took care of the problem.

The only downside is the actual phones themselves and some of their features. It would have been good to know things like the ring tone options are not good (believe it or not, that's a big thing!) and the lax amount of security for voicemails on the handsets. As great as all the newer options are on them, it would have been nice to know some of the downfalls as well. By no means would these things have stopped us from proceeding but it would have been good to know them up front.

I would definitely recommend Sceptre to any business looking for telecommunications support!

I wish we had used Melissa and her team. She was very upfront and transparent with pricing and to save a couple bucks we went to Shaw direct. What a hassle. Very little customer support and it make our first 30 days in our new space much more stressful. Having dealt with Melissa before I wish we had engaged her on our latest move

Sceptre was recommended to us for the expansion of our phone system in our satellite office and the experience has been great. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had with the new system. Along with their monthly service agreement we have saved time dealing with the phone company directly, Sceptre handles all of that for us! I highly recommend Anthony as he is very approachable and knowledgeable of the phone systems and provides the most cost effective approach for your needs.

Sceptre came in and upgraded our ancient phone system to something so much better. Dave was great to deal with in sales and Jay did a great job with the install and programming. The pricing was extremely fair and the service received was top notch. After the job was complete they followed up and made sure we were happy with everything, can't ask for much more. We re running a Customer Care Call Center and a redundant phone system was always a top priority for us. We've started to work with Sceptre almost a year ago and we received the timely support and the advises that we were looking for.
