Sceptre Communications was recommended to me to by someone else and I can see why. The customer service we received was great. At our initial meeting, Anthony really listened to what we were looking for and had some great suggestions for us. He took the time to really explain our options and how the phone systems work...in a way that we could actually understand.

When it came to the installation he was here with his team to make sure everything went smoothly. During the installation they ran into some pretty big road blocks with our old system but Anthony and his team took the time to research alternatives and find a solution. We also had an unforeseen issue with a neighbor's system that was affected by the installation and they were on it immediately and took care of the problem.

The only downside is the actual phones themselves and some of their features. It would have been good to know things like the ring tone options are not good (believe it or not, that's a big thing!) and the lax amount of security for voicemails on the handsets. As great as all the newer options are on them, it would have been nice to know some of the downfalls as well. By no means would these things have stopped us from proceeding but it would have been good to know them up front.

I would definitely recommend Sceptre to any business looking for telecommunications support!
