We re running a Customer Care Call Center and a redundant phone system was always a top priority for us. We've started to work with Sceptre almost a year ago and we received the timely support and the advises that we were looking for.
Recently,we decided to expand our phone system and Sceptre were able to provided us a variety of solutions that can work for our special setup.
The on-going Support /options has allowed us to get our questions answered and problems solved quickly.
The phone systems has been stable with no issues so far.
