We recently purchased a phone system for our new office from Sceptre and found them to be awesome to deal with. We largely decided to go with them because of the customer service. When we called, the phone was actually answered by a receptionist instead of a phone message. All the other companies we called did not offer us the courtesy of answering their phone. Installation was seamless, they fast tracked us to get the job done in a hurry. The only suggestion I could make is to receive payments through credit card.
