Lovely bar. Everything is. But as in all countries where the national currency is not, and the Euro is all expensive.

Very sumptuous hotel, excellent hospitality, breakfast buffet provided and delicious
The services and the room were of an irreproachable quality, the pool and saunas were good too.
Only slight negative point, we did not find anyone in the French speaking staff but it is absolutely not prohibitive

Unclean rooms and total crowded breakfast room, also not very clean. Probably the worst 4* Hotel where I have been in 2017. Not recommended

Big, expensive, well located. Parking is easy in the spacious, spacious garage. Walking distance from Parliament House, National Museum, etc.

Otherwise a good performance, but 09 around for breakfast will come up with a cheerful mood, offering numerous shortcomings

My room was not totally clean when I arrived, specially the bathroom. Also the carpets feel old, maybe there is too much traffic on them. The breakfast was nice but always the same and so many people around. I guess since it is more for conferences than normal tourism, the groups are big. Location is great to walk to the city or go to the conference center. There are small details that make your stay unpleasant, like no batteries on the remote and not 100% clean rooms. Other hotels from scandic are a lot better. Or less used

Room clean and quiet. Location along with good public connections to the center by tram goes immediately in front of the hotel. The backlog was check-in time, and in the morning, and plenty of lounge was not open.

Location is good. Half an hour walking to the harbor and the walking was enjoyable. Breakfast is high quality and rich. Room is big and comfortable. I didn't have problem sleeping so sound isolation was good. I'd stay here again.

Very central hotel close to the city center (10 minutes walk). The rooms are spacious, the staff are smiling and helpful. The negative is the parking charge 26 euros the seat for one day.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during the 100 years of Independence celebrations, for which the hotel was trimmed up for and clearly celebrating which was a nice touch.

The rooms were clean, decent sized and the bathroom in particular was well designed with a separate bath and shower. The underfloorheating was very well received after a shower!

The staff were helpful with any enquiries we had and spoke brilliant English.

There was a decent selection at breakfast including gluten free and vegan options.

The hotel appears well kitted out for both meetings, or for families with small children for which there is a small children's play area at the restaurant.

Lovely hotel close to a nice park and conference center. Good restaurant. Delicious breakfast is included. Lots of delicious amenities including sauna and fitness. The hotel is close to the center and good public connections to the airport. Helsinki is a wonderful city and this hotel is highly recommended.

Nice hotel in nice location. Good but not very good. Stayed there for 5 nights. Twice was the room not done. Swimpool and gym ok. Breakfast ok. Very convenient location with easy access to public transportation. Room spacious and comfortable.

In the sauna department, floor drains clogged as well as debris bursting along the floor both in the morning and in the evening, room keys stopped working ... breakfast was good, although pancakes advertised for children could wait a while ...

Arrived on 29th for couple of weeks with swimming wear in the luggage. On 30th hit the announcement about swimming pool closure for next 18 days. What's funny, on my arrival, receptionist spent good 10min to explain me how swimming pool is available to me, it's rules, dresscode an so on. Thank you Scandalic

The location is really good. Room nicely renovated and decorated. Air quality could be better. The room temperature varied, at night it was cold at some point. The pillows were really bad! You should invest in this. Surprisingly, there was a large-sized pool on the top floor, where you could swim in the morning. The swimming pool was borrowed from the hotel.

The pool was really nice but first there was some cold water. It was really nice in the sauna when I looked out. We had such a big room and it was great I had my own bed. For breakfast I loved a lot of bacon it was delicious. Otherwise breakfast was nice and good food. I would love to come again!

Tidy hotel with good transport links. There are buses and trams in front of the hotel. Bikes are also available free of charge at the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also good. A small minus comes from the fact that the layers get down a flight of stairs and elevators especially in the morning went really waiting for quite a long time, because they were always full. We seemed to be hoping to jump to an upstairs elevator that could be better picked up.

The rooms are very modern equipped, they have a wardrobe, but lack lockers. The bed was great. The breakfast could hardly be richer. With large rush on the weekend, other areas are opened for breakfast, that it is not too crowded. For early booking everything cheaper: More than 110 euros per single room are however too much. The prices vary from 85 (months before) to 130.

Had a room that overlooks the park, facilities good, room clean. Breakfast buffet was the best out of the three hotels we visited. Hotel "shop" very limited. Did visit Kmart (small corner shop) a short walk behind the hotel to stock up on bits and pieces. Would definitely stay again should the opportunity arise

The rooms are elegant and comfortable, quality hotel facilities overall is good. Breakfast is good, but often the hotel has a lot of guests, so the breakfast restaurant can fill up quickly. The location is optimal to different parts of Helsinki, such as the center, to allow them to.

The noise was really good from one room to another, so it was really restless. Lifts should have been more and more places, because the proportion of customers did not have any manners but forced their way with kids waiting for a trolley, older people, as well as tools for use over when it was going to lift .. Often had to wait 20-30 minutes to get to the elevator.
The upstairs sauna had a great view but often the floor was full of water. The pool water was really cold.

The family room was suitably sized and the lighting was just a button away. The elevators are both wide enough for even bigger bikes to go. The location was just right considering the attractions of the family with children (Sealife, Natural History Museum). There was also something for our family to eat at breakfast, so that's a big plus! The only minus is the pool temperature is a bit cool for the little swimmers and the room didn't have proper litter, even while we're still in diaper. Otherwise, I strongly recommend

A coffee shop. There was something to blame for the room. The cleaning was done poorly: the toilet bowl was wet, long hair on the floors, poorly vacuumed, the tables and the levels were dusty, the inside of the trash More

My family and I stayed for 3 nights here. Rooms had 2 extra single beds in for the children. This made it very squishy but allowed our young ones to stay in the same room as us. Breakfast was amazing and with Helsinkis food prices being quite high we filled up on the breakfast buffet. Awesome location with a tram stop right out front to the city centre and a supermarket directly behind

Room good, neat. In meals and meeting breaks, the challenge of reporting allergies is challenging and the kitchen / tattoo staff could run or could not eat a snack.

We liked the hotel and meals. Staff were very polite and courteous and tried well to accommodate vegetarian requirements. Great service.

Rooms ok, cleanliness and cleaning up room for improvement, breakfast good, staff good, restaurant puffet at low prices, location great -> walking to Kamppi, Lints, Hakaniemi and harbor area and hotel environment pleasant.

A fine place. Clean room. Big swimming pool. One of the best saunas when scandicces are twisted pretty much. Despite the initial tensions, the customer service was also very good. Of course, only and only one very asials service thanks to the spiritual old concert
Not to mention the name Marko took care of all the things he asked but without the marko would be a strict choice between 3 and 4 stars. The hotel itself is bueno but the customer service is the one you want, except for the marko which slightly improved this visit

Large comfortable room with a bath and shower which were both excellent. Staff were helpful. Good location close to a tram stop and also walking distance to town if you have the time. Breakfast was plentiful. We stayed here for the Helsinki marathon and it was a perfect location for that

The Scandic chain, I did not know it, is good in all its hotels in Scandinavia, well located, breakfast buffet, modern and comfortable rooms

Great breakfast. Receptionists know their stuff. The swimming pool was closed to a great disappointment of the children. We have stayed here before and a swim and a sauna have always been a must. Parking garage has really really tight spaces and it is fairly expensive.

Very clean, rich and all kind of tastes breakfast, great room, polite staff, best price. Two stops from the center with public transportation, even playground for kids in the restaurant open also during breakfast. I recommend it for sure!

Good hotel, near the center within walking distance in a short time.

Great modern hotel with a pool and, of course, a sauna. Superb breakfast. Good location in the center. Paid parking at the hotel (and quite expensive -16 euros per day), but you can leave the car at the hotel and buy a parking ticket at the parking meter. Opposite the hotel is a beautiful park for walking and riding an electric scooter (can be rented through the application).

We found a nicely decorated room with a fruit platter and a small bottle of Prosecco. A cute attention. We felt very comfortable there.
Note to all sauna visitors: do not forget to put the room cards for all persons! Men and women can barely deny each other. It is then difficult to get help if you do not find yourself right back.

Very nice scandinavian experience, including great food for breakfast and lunch. Superb location, near a park and polite and helpful staff. Room was clean but a bit outdated, with a minimal maintenance (repainting the walls, replacing the carpet in the elevator) it would easily get the fifth star.

Depressive rooms gray, breakfast is boring and cheap. Coffee is tasty and tasteless.

Huge hotel having just 3 lifts. During breakfast hours there are long queu s for descending. Breakfast hours are not long enough, crowds of people goes around looking for free places to sit, awful noise. Sauna is lovely but extremely tiny for such big hotel, actually it's for 2 persons.

Was there for a 4 day conference, the rooms are good and airy with fantastic view from the room..It's near to the city centre and tram, buses are available in front of the main entrance to hotel..there are good restaurants nearby especially the Nepali restaurant down the road near the light.

Clean, comfortable bathtubs could be a little bigger.

The room was dirty, with pillows, floors, walls dirty. Floor drain clogged, shower nozzle leaking, changing room, another thing the same thing
