Totally disappointed with the services I offer. I need an injection (for someone else) once a month for 10 months. I booked a fourth month injection (at an employee's recommendation because the injection is very hard and only on the basis of the order can I did not know what happened, if they gave it to someone else or they did not even have it. They did not bother to announce this with they all had my phone number. I was quiet about thinking that I had booked it. The guy who was on the tour said they would order the next day but come back with a morning phone. I came back with that phone to see if the order was made and the answer was that only the afternoon will know if that injection is to be found or not. It's not a joke or a play, it's about health not about a pair of shoes or a coat. When I saw this lack of responsibility and professionalism I quit ... I found the injection elsewhere.
