Sayaji Hotels Kolhapur Review

The only mall in the district but the best destination for the college students

Surprised to see such a nice hotel in Kolhapur, having beautiful & tastefully done up ambiance, rooms, cleanliness, services, sincerity & efficiency of the staff much above the class as compared with any level 1 hotels in the metros. Food is superb. Roof top bar with a panoramic aerial view of the city was really fantastic . Craft beer served in one of their most elegant & cosy restaurants with musical backdrop named 'moon tree', was as per taste sample selected by us. It was at par with such practices in the beer joints in Europe. Our stay in the hotel was extremely enjoyable and comfortable. It was worth more than the money spent. Staff is very humble and they politely refuse to accept the tips from the guests.

I am here for wedding and we enjoyed a lot. Wedding ceremony as well as reception was in this premises only. We used to do lot of swimming early in the morning. Breakfast is also awesome. A mall is also situated besides the hotel so we did lots of shopping there.

The fab point in the Kolhapur.. it has two restaurants.. Moontree and Barbecue Nation.. awesome as always

If you are in Kolhapur you must stay at Sayaji. It's a beautiful hotel and the best choice probably for Kolhapur.

The location or sayaji is perfect. There are malls right outside, a number of good food places, and hotel serves great food. They have a nice care area in the open too. However, it wasn't a 5 star experience. Certainly good, but not as great an experience compared to the Pune location.

It's one of the best hotels in Kolhapur with BBQ and a very nice restaurant.
Do opt for buffet meal option.

Living upto the 5-Star tag Hotel Sayaji Kolhapur will surely feel grand the Moment you enter here. Hospitality service is top class. Polite staff and well trained. The only disappointing thing was the food here. Getting in room dining facility was just so great but the aloo mutter we ordered were not properly cooked. Potatoes as well as green peas felt a bit in raw state and chapatis were also hard as if prepared in the morning and served for dinner after heating it in oven. Paan Ras Malai desert as well as gulab jamun were awesome in taste. While I really would like to stay here in future as I always visit Kolhapur once in a year but my wife is of a strict NO for getting here again as food is the Most important factor for her when resting at any hotel :-)

Food was not good as compared to star hotel. Snack was good.

We were pleasantly surprised to discover this five star in a city like Kolhapur. The ambience and the service of the staff, especially the staff of the multi cuisine restaurant, more than justifies the 5-star tag and the above rating. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Only thing is more polite and knowledgeable staff can be kept at the reception. The lady on the 8th floor reception said ola and Uber does not operate in Kolhapur whereas we found that ola does operate and is a much more better and cheaper alternative to the Rs. 700/ per hour hotel taxi.

This place always steals my heart... Whether it's the ambience or barbecuing on the terrace.. the vibes around .... It's the best buffets we can ask for in Kolhapur..
P.S- always try all their desserts at the end.. don't forget to try there signature Kolhapuri dishes..

Its a very good hotel the thing i liked about this was reception at every floor as you have any problem with the room u dont have to go downstairs
