Hello!

It's not been even 5 hours of check-in and I am having the worst experience till now. The room service is operating at it's least efficiency level never I believe.
1. A CAN of 7 up drink took 45 minutes to be delivered in room.
2. When food was ordered, I was billed for the entire food but one of the item was missing and you team happens to convince me for a dessert so as to not bring this to the managements notice.
3. A roll over bed was pre booked and a simple floor mattress is been offered. I mean that is what you provide to A Grand Suite customer? If that is so then definitely this needs to be brought to be in notice of customers who book a suite.

All this took me to sleep 2 hours over my health routine shedule.

I wonder what else surprises has Sayaji Kolhapur lined up for us. It is really sad to see such a brand with potential to make it to 7 star brand globally is providing such a level of customer service.

Not happy with their services and no precaution taken during Covid times. I have seen many stuff moving around without mask.
Food quality is pathetic.

Kolhapur has very limited luxury hotels .Sayaji is one of the best in the city . Though they have few things to improve on. Overall Very Good !!

It's actually a 5 star in everyway. The suite is as good as it gets. The 'grand' variety of rooms are well equipped. Rooms are spacious, furniture functional as well as sophisticated. The staff is friendly and helpful and assists whenever necessary. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of cuisines. We had reached at 11pm. The kitchen head made delicious Banjara chicken and daal tadka for us.

Food Quality is very poor. Rest everything is fine.

Bad... Very bad experience. It is a high scale marriage venue and not a peaceful hotel for business travellers like me. I am in the room right now and the orchestra music of an ongoing marriage event in hotel lawn is playing so loud, that neither I can sleep nor can talk on phone.
Food is just OK, not great.
So much of staff around like a government organisation, but very slow response.
Hired a car from Hotel 8hrs/80kms for Rs. 5k...unbelievable.. Such high charges I have never paid for an Innova vehicle anywhere in India. So be careful if you book a car at this hotel.
Overall I find this hotel quite mismanaged and will not recommend for business travel.

Stay at the hotel was quite good. Cleanliness and hygiene was as per expectation, though wifi didn't work. Breakfast was horrible. When we stayed at this hotel, it was just newly opened and staff seemed confused and there weren't no good options in the breakfast and also it was not tasty.

This is only a single 5 Star hotel in Sangli Kolhapur area. A beautiful hotel with beautiful view. I visited 1st time in Sayaji and i am very glad to be there. Excellent. From front desk to Rooms, Halls everything is excellent. Very nice decorated and everything is seems to be really Rich. The rooms are really specious and very clean and nicely maintained. The taste of food is so nice. Specially people come here from long distance for Dinner Party. The credit goes to this hotel Kitchen Staff who maintain the food taste great. I can say you must try Barbeque here. You love it and visit again and again. The parking area of this Hotel is truley nice and bigger. The staff from here is always helpful. The smile on their face while seving you makes a food more tasty. Really Loved to be here. I will come again and again.
