Awesome hotel.. But its very costly.. service was good and fast. Supportive staff

We stayed here from our way to Bangalore.

Pros:
Staff: Very courteous, I asked the security guard to get my car washed and next morning it was shining bright. I paid them a good tip.
Room: Very large rooms, bigger size bed with an extra bed on request.
Cleanliness: Towels and bed covers were in acceptable condition.
Food: Delicious, in room dining was too good. Do not miss their tambda and pandhra rassa, it is simply awesome.
Next morning breakfast was too good, Maharashtrian and continental food was deliciously cooked.

Cons: We had to ask their staff who came for food delivery to wear the mask, the safety gear should come by default for every staff.

If I stay here again, of course for longer time :)

The best hotel you can say. The services are good and they are asking the customers about their services and qualities of food. They even told us to guide them to improve further. That should be the method to get customers attracted and visit them regularly.

The location is easily accessible you can also spend some time in the mall as well the rooms are really good and the service is amazing. There is a barbaque Nation inside the hotel as well.

Try the buffet out there...wide spread with tasty preparations

A nice and decent place. Ala carter was good but a bit noisy. Food quality and the staff's behaviour is very good. But noises of the buffet and food corners are terrific.

Very good experience. Although due to pandemic restrictions - the pool & spa were closed, the service was excellent. Staff is good. Barbeque nation food was great. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Hotel management and architecture is class apart. You can see very good view of lawn from balcony. The Basant Hall in hotel is good for functions. Catering services of hotel is also good.

Large breakfast area, good spread. It also serves buffet dinners. Buffets are average in taste and quality, but large spreads.

Very very crowded gym and pool coz they let non hotel guests to use them too.
