Great place. Beautiful rooms. Perfect air conditioning. Restaurant staff height. Regular cleaning in the room up to 2 times. I have not tried the pool and gym but I imagine are satisfactory. Everything perfectly organized

All nice but there are gaps that make you remember not being at MIAMI ... I noticed little professionalism on the part of the dining room staff, little attention to detail and various problems that a 5-star hotel should not point out. Nothing I would not give 5 stars XKE at lower prices is easily the best. The greenery and the swimming pool are excellent for the structure.
Poor cold reception staff so much that we waited 15 minutes at the bar and then gave up because no one showed up even after asking in reception. Work in progress even though they have been open for almost a month, restaurant only thing that is saved.

Dream hotel, with the possibility of accessing the club on the beach, equally well-kept and comfortable. Memorable breakfast. Too bad I forgot the charger in the room and after a few hours from the check-out, on my return to the hotel, nobody gave it back to me.
Nobody saw the charger, even the maid who fixed the room.
I have not received adequate attention from a hotel considered luxury, so I will not take good memories of my stay with me.

Externally and internally elegant structure. The reception of the staff proved to be calm and professional. The white environment has recreated a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The staff in the hall demonstrated control and availability with the guests. Perhaps even over-the cleaning service which continued during the ceremony in the hall, welcomed the attention to hygiene but at times disturbing visually even room cleaning glass during the banquet. Careful attention to detail in outdoor and indoor rooms. Only the lights a little too soft and cold. Elegant the corner of the desserts, too narrow the location for the wedding cake also to make sure that the guests had a greater view on the cutting of the cake and photos. Clean and comfortable bathrooms. Well furnished corridors.

The hotel is a 4-star L that very much reflects the luxurious resorts that are located on the shores of the Thai islands. Impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, swimming pool also suitable for children due to the semi-circular shape and the presence of wide steps that keep shallow for many meters. Renowned restaurant, rich breakfast, large rooms, terrace bar with colonial style furniture make this hotel an elegant resort. The park located behind the pool is also very nice. Maybe some space for the children with swings and slides wouldn't hurt, but maybe it would undermine the tranquility of the hotel ... or maybe not. The affiliated beach is the top. Overall it exceeds expectations. We will be back.

The structure has a good standard, it is a pity that the adjoining Tre Olivi restaurant has lost its regional character. In fact, the menus proposed in the past have been changed into very good and well-finished menus but lacking that local tone and flavors.

The rooms are delicious and the service is good and the large well-kept outdoor garden. I do not know the service rooms etc. having been there for a wedding but I believe seen the well organized structure chr the service rooms is equally good.

I attended a wedding a few days ago and I must admit that the service is impeccable, kind and always available. I ate all the courses also doing some bis and everything is very good result, light and very tasty. The room, which I do not know the name, it was furnished in a pleasant and was welcoming. I highly recommend a visit.

A beautiful and stylish hotel, with nice staff and good food, but if you're going on vacation, take a full wallet, because everything is extra paid - even wine for dinner, even though the hotel owner has his own vineyard and you bought HB. Portions in the restaurant minimalist, slightly increased after paying attention. The hotel would gain a lot if it was more in the price, because 10 euros for one "glass" whiskey scares off. They make up for the professional and nice staff and beautiful surroundings. Weddings that are here almost every day bring here life and probably a lot of money, so holiday guests are a small addition.
