Excellent level both of the structure and of the staff and the kitchen

Great hotel, wonderful I was here for a wedding, the food was perfect, waiters always available. Speaking of the park which is immense in the green in a huge lawn. I recommend it for ceremonies.

I stayed in this hotel on business as in other hotels for less than 5 nights booking the privilege double room, at first glance looks beautiful after they have been there a couple of hours I watched the whole thing and I must say it does not deserve 4 star deluxe hotel deserves at least 3 stars, as the 40-meter-long swimming pool does not exist, the only 40-meter pool is a fountain that overlooks the garden on which being 30 centimeters high is not possible to swim, the existing pool is dirty, not well managed and totally lacking in a lifeguard, there are also 10 sun loungers available (with 50 rooms are very few) the furniture inside the rooms is probably of IKEA origin with poor quality, the furniture on the walls of the rooms (when present) is made of chipboard, the finishings are ruined as the rest of the furniture inside the rooms, the plaques on the sockets are different from each other and come off when pull off the plug, the cutlery on the table are P inate and old, the waiters wait for you to get up from the table to ask for the dishes despite paying good money, the air conditioning in the rooms can't be turned off you have to call the reception to do it (often they don't answer), the water on the sinks , bidet, tub, it doesn't flow you have to turn off the water and wait for it to flow out to avoid filling it, the Turkish bath is unusable because the tub is empty and noticeably dirty with the smell of stagnant water, not to mention the tennis court which I have not seen while turning the whole area.

Perfect winter wedding! Impeccable staff and beautiful room. A more than pleasant evening, even at the table for the choices they gave us on the menu without meat and derivatives for me and for the 20-month-old girl. Very attentive, kind and helpful.

Were there for a wedding and stayed one night. The Pool is for show. The beach is a freaking long way to walk. But the service is not 4 stars worth. It is a Wedding machinery. The programm and service is not individual at all. Plates are taken under your nose as you eat just to finish you off. It would not take much to train the service personell an understanding behaviour. For the prices they call this were detailed but for me concerning drawbacks. I would not come again as this was way too pricey.

Very nice hotel rooms are great. The associated park is worth seeing. Nice hotel's own pool is available. Breakfast from the buffet can be taken outside on the very beautiful terrace. The ambience invites you to relax. Wedding celebrations and other celebrations take place very often. To what extent the celebrations influence the normal hotel guests, I cannot say, as we always came back from our excursions late in the evening when the celebrations were just about to end

Had to change rooms due to noise from the wedding.

Great wedding location. Very nice food and stuff. But there isn't a playground.

Chilling ... service completely absent, we take your bags and look for the room in tea-making mode .. Zero indications .. logically being only users of the structure is not part of any wedding, the spaces available are limited .. in punishment .. grotesque, a 4-star is another thing, or you are the hotelier or do, as they do, the wedding factory, 2/3 a day .. certainly a beautiful location to celebrate a happy event and certainly more profitable for their company, I do not strongly recommend it as a hotel, a star because it cannot be given less

The Savoy Beach Hotel was the location of our wedding on 15.06.2019 ... We couldn't have made a better choice! We had already been in the structure several times as guests and with our wedding we received yet another confirmation of the professionalism and kindness of all the Savoy staff. The restaurant is very nice, but the service is very bad ... I went to a wedding 2 days ago and the waiters took away the dishes while you were eating, not to mention the wine that they dropped on my sister's dress and the discussions they had between them when glasses and cutlery had to be collected and when the courses had to be served. Probably they had to go to the train, there is no other explanation
