This office is in Vision Plaza Mombasa road. Getting here is a bit tricky by bus. The conductor didn't seem to know the building. I suppose you could just say you are alighting at Airtel then ask around for Vision Plaza. Savo Store customer service generally isn't that great. You are barely acknowledged at the reception. Then you are warned that you can transfer money to their account or you can't leave with your item. They don't take cash either. Yet they give their account as one of the payment options. Their excuse is they won't be able to verify if you have paid etc. I didn't like my experience here overall. I wouldn't want to even go back.

I have used three different companies to ship from abroad and without a doubt Savo Store came out best.
I especially appreciate their ship only tool as it allows consolidation of goods bought from different stores into one shipping package. Definitely helps to reduce shipping costs.
Their timelines are right on point. Twice my package came in earlier than expected and in good condition.
My only wish now is that they start shipping from the U.K.

This option has worked well for us in shipping items both sturdy (books) and fragile (eyeglasses). While it's not an everyday affair for us to get something from the States, I'm glad this possibility is available.

I absolutely love their transparency, the notifications about every stage of the purchase is very comforting for a first time user. The timeline is very very accurate, ETA is as they say and their support staff is always at hand ready to tackle your questions. Lastly, they will always bring more value to the table than any of the competitors, trust me.

The website is well laid out and they provide all the information that you would need. The process is straightforward and easy to use.

Love Savo Store for their efficient service. I would recommend them to anyone. Things take forever to arrive though, the 21 days is basically a whole month (although for the first time ever, my last order surprised me by arriving faster than I expected). Other than that, you can never go wrong with these guys.
