Good company. Cheap rent can't complain. Adiel and Stephanie were very friendly and very understanding. Especially when it came to maintenance for the home that's their priority and of course the tenant as well. I moved because I needed a bigger home and unfortunately they didnt have none at the moment for rent. Sad to leave.
This company is quantity over quality 100%, your potential property to rent is one of hundreds; they hire incompetent contractors to fix pre-existing issues they neglect to inform you about and act shocked that the issue arises or is never resolved. Or they blame you. Prospective renters, if you can help it, rent elsewhere. Don t give your hard earned money to this lazy, irresponsible business.

Lovely company, very professional. Very funny. I was sad to go when my daughter got a job elsewhere in another state and Equialt did not have properties at that location. I recommend this property management to any and everyone who is looking for a rental. Adiel and Stephanie were always delightful to work with.
These people are nasty.. they dont fix your issues and will steal your deposit.. if you are in need of a place . You would be better off posting up a tent behind a walmart.. then going to any of these peoples property's gl and God bless
