Yeah so this place is good for it's infrastructure and parking space and has got some good north Indian restaurants in a 2 KMS radius

Technopark is a technology park in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Established on 18 November 1990 by the Government of Kerala, under chief minister E K Nayanar, it is the largest information technology park in India in terms of developed area.
In March 1990, the Government of Kerala conceptualised Technopark as a facility to foster the development of high-technology industries in the state. Technopark was set up under the auspices of Electronics Technology Park, Kerala an autonomous body under the Department of Information Technology of the government of Kerala.
Technopark hosts about 400 companies, and a workforce that numbers more than 56,000 personnel, in the IT and ITES sectors.
Technopark has come to be the single largest source of employment in Kerala,with over thirty thousand people working directly in the facility itself. Thus, its impact on the city of Thiruvananthapuram has been significant.
