Awesome place... Park full of ITs... Lots of company. Healthy environment.. totally safe..have club house also... Have more concerns about cleanliness.. positive environment.. perfect place... Management is also very helpful.. i loved this place..bus facility available inside technoprk.. canteen & food court available @ many places.. quality food is served... Have open teather also for program so we can enjoy the program in open hall under the sky with awesome lighting... There is footpath throughout for walking safely.. park full of greenery..

Parking facility is very poor for visitors (exam candidates). Drinking water should be provided for visitors

The front gate entry pass system is very bad only 2 staffs to maintain the whole visitors to phase1 long queue for any purpose is a worst case

I work here so I've a feeling that I actually belong here. It's a beautiful tech hub home of many software visionaries, great minds and great hearts. Very friendly and warm. Plenty of trees, lawns, birds and many more. Must visit if you're an aspiring software engineer and for those seeking software jobs this is this the right place and huge opportunities.

Good workplace, greenery all around. Has many IT companies inside it.

A whole big campus with lot of Foreign as well as Indian software companies.

Pros:

Good technological ecosystem to be with and grow.
Good technical and non-technical gatherings.

Cons:

1. Least secure industrial park. any good looking guy can easily trick the security.
2. Poorly maintained walk ways, technopark used to have Kerala's best walk ways 10 year before. Now it's a joke.
3. There is only parking available for 50%of cars coming in.
4. Main Entrance is still a joke, if you are walking, you can easily get hit by a car, bike while entering through main gate.
5. Rear gate is in a secret place , only people know the place we'll get to find it.
6. Over my 14+ years of being here. Technopark just turned less green, less pedestrian friendly and less classy.
