Infrastructure is highly international. Follows green protocol to a extend and security concerns are less.

Best place to work. But I don't know why they don't allow me to carry snacks outside the canteen and be creative!

It's one of the earliest tech park in India. There are a lot of tech and non-tech companies in the park. All the necessary places are also inside. There are three phases as of now. Technopark Phase I, which is the main phase consisting of a huge area covering many buildings. Phase II which is near Phase III includes Infy and UST main campus. Phase III has two buildings which is situated 1-2 kms away from Phase I.

Beautiful working place. Excellent atmosphere for working and relaxation. Good construction and design. Nice and fun, lot more work space

Undoubtly the best IT tech park in Kerala. You cant complain about anything, its all inside what u need for a techie. Green colors, foodcourts on every building(especially thejeswini foodcourt), nice environment nd large no of companies u can build your career upon. All you have yo do is to find a good company nd a gang of friends and u r rocking ur life.

Located at Kazhakkoottam, very near to Greenfield Stadium, Technopark is a Kerala State government owned IT business Park. Founded in July 1990, it spreads over 3 phases over an incredible over 9.33Million Sq.ft as of in 2015. Home to over 300 companies and a whooping 46000 professionals it is the largest IT Park in india.

Only problem in this park is, people park their cars on footpath too.

Amphitheatre in park residency is good, it can be used for conducting seminars and meetings for around 350 people in technopark.
