Technopark as name says technology park.
Mainly TCS, ICICI, HDFC, SBI ATM, Subway , Lee Frank club.
But most of Technopark is occupies by TCS which is the TCS best ILP center. Contain 2 buildings for learning program called Peepul Park and cnc,. There is other building which is the associate building in which projects are completed.
Having 5 cafeteria 2 in Peepul Park 2 in cnc and one is paragon at the main entrance.

Too big inside to walk through. Its hilly as well. Its better you have your own vehicle.

Situated in good place but the maintenance of road is not ok

Well maintained, in between the lush green environment. Fresh air, blissful ambience. The security of the employees working here are of top most priority. Well maintained buildings, roads and well lit surroundings. Overall a Great experience working here!

The first and the greenest IT Park in the country though the greenery is receding steadily due to construction of new buildings. Still an oasis compared to other parks.

A brilliant Place with a lot of education and job opportunities .
But the thing that catches my eyes is the architecture and layout of buildings and Plots in the area , such as parking, Gardens , Roads , yard etc

400+ IT and IT enabled services companies are operating from here. A great place for the young IT talent too work and enjoy their life. They have everything here to enjoy their life fruitfully here.

The place is very clean and also well maintained. The staff including the security personnel are well trained and disciplined but could be a bit harsh if you rub them off the wrong way. The main problem is getting an entry pass into the area. If there's a lot of people, you're probably going to have to wait for long since there are not many counters providing entry passes in the area. So if you are visiting for some important appointment, make sure you reach a bit earlier to ensure you get in on time.

Old facilities with old technology and old rules. Entry is a big process, parking is headache.
It's not a Smoke free Campus, people used to smoke in front of Warning board itself

Very dangerous road. Broken road at hair pin curve on the path of going to Nila from entrance. The authority should take action against it.

One of first Technoparks in India. Has mostly Local companies with Global reach. No international giants. Employs lot of youngsters from all of Kerala and all over India. Very close to International Airport. Good Housing and Amenities available nearby.

Destroying other s Bikes by Securities

Yesterday I had a very very bad experience infront Bhavani building. I parked my bike near the Lady statue, lot of Cars were parking over there and I didn t block them,so They can easily take out the car without others help. When I came out after shift, I couldn t see my bike in the old position and finally found it away from the Status. They destroyed its Handle lock and had many scratch on it. When I checked with the Security he told me that its Car parking area and you are not supposed to park over there.
1) There is no SIGN board about Car parking
2) No circular in Company mails
3) The security didn t even tell me about the parking when I Parked.

Then, How a person know whether there is parking only for CARS. ??????
Who given permission them to destroy other Vehicle.????
They have pakka criminal mind more over they have big EGO about the Techies Job. If techno park authorities doesn t take any action against this, I am sure One day people will start reacting and that may leads to big FIGHT. If authorities are sitting simply after reading this, Lets See what will happen in Future

The only massive IT park in Trivandrum. The campus is decent.

No facilities to have good food especially if u r vegetarian...
